Manning, operation and maintenance of DG sets, pump sets, including maintenance/ repair and attending minor breakdowns of water supply and electrical supply, LT UG cables/ LT switch gear, panel boards, distribution system installed at Navy House area round the clock in 3 shifts of 08 hours each including sundays and holidays complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

Manning, operation and maintenance of DG sets, pump sets, controlling valves at NCB Pump House area and distribution valves at krishna, Indravati, Sharada, Godavary and Agni buildings round the clock in three shifts a day each shift of 08 hours (including Sunday and holiday) including cleaning, arresting leakages, well maintaining of all Valve pits (chambers) complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Manpower :- One FGM (skilled) per shift. Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs III rd shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

Note for SL item No. 1 & 2: The quoted rate is inclusive of following :- (a) Filling the sump during the Pumping hours and pumping sump water to Navy house area as per the timings given by Engineer-in-charge. (b) Operation of DG Set for electric supply during failure of (APEPDCL) electric supply. (c) Minor store items required during maintenance such as distilled water, washers, nuts, bolts, rubber gaskets & insulation tapes etc., including provision of necessary T&P at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (d) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requisite qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly verified and recommended by Engineer-in- charge.

M&L for descaling of radiator suitable for DG set of capcity upto 82.5 KVA by dismantling the upper and lower tank, cleaning the core pipes and components with cleaning chemicals, arresting the leaking core by brazing/ dummy with lead including cleaning of upper and lower tanks, replacing the upper and lower tank gaskets and required nuts, bolts, painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, refixing the same including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully existing motor and pump set of capacity 3 to 5 HP from the damaged MS frame and PCC bed and including cleaning and levelling the damaged bed with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) not exc. 100 mm depth to match with alignment of existing pipe line, replacement of MS frame work of existing size with foundation bolts and nuts suitable for mounting / re-errecting the pump and motor after necessary minor repairs, preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS frame for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
