Note1: operation, servicing, repairs and replacement of spares for the above said machinery / equipment shall be carried out as per the conditions mentioned in the agreement. Workers should attend for general maintenance in MTVAC, SPRH, SVEC, VQC-II, PAC-II, PAC-IV, Dharmagiri, Vakulamaatha, Vakula Bhavan, Mahalakshmi round the clock .
Note 2 : The rate per month is for Operation and Comprehensive Maintenance for the set of machinery including replacing of all spare parts as per tender conditions. The rate shall be Exclusive of GST, inclusive of tax any payable to the Government and all other taxes.
Note 3 : Any new machinery added during the course of execution, shall be maintained without any extra cost.
Terms & Conditions for Canteen section machinery
Steam cook vessels Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Steam pipe line checking and leakage arresting maintenance Steam pipe line connecting flange Gasket & Bolt, Nut replacement. Steam control valves like Ball valves, steam traps and Safety valves checking and replacement. Steam pressure gauges and steam flexible pipes checking and replacement. Steam vessel inlet & Out let Teflon washers, Teflon rope and Asbestos rope checking and replacement. Steam vessel Tilting Gear box. U clamps checking and servicing and bearings replacement. Idly Box door gasket, steam valve checking and replacement. Checking, servicing and replacement of heater elements & leather gasket for steam boiler (electrical operated). The welding / lathe works are to be attended whenever necessary.
Grinders Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Checking, Cleaning and servicing of 'V' Belts, Motors, Gear box, Drum seating top & bottom stones, Arm sets, gear wheels, motor pulleys and other accessories. Checking power control & the starters. Oiling and greasing for gear boxes & motor bearings. Replacing of bearings for motor, gear boxes, replacing of keys for gear boxes, Replacing pulleys for gear boxes & motors and replacing of stones etc., supplied by department whenever required. Removing, cleaning and refixing of 'V' belts, crown & pinion set etc., as directed by the department.
All materials i.e., spare parts and consumables like M-seal, grease, gear oil etc., will be supplied by the department for attending to the fixing and its maintenance. All the grinders should be in good working condition and maintained hygienic condition. The welding / lathe works are to be attended whenever necessary. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Wet Pulverizers Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Checking, Cleaning and servicing of 'V' Belts, Motors, Gear box, Fixed and Rotating cutting teeths, gear wheels, motor pulleys and other accessories. Checking power control & the starters. Oiling and greasing for gear boxes & motor bearings. Replacing of bearings for motor, gear boxes, replacing of keys for gear boxes, Replacing pulleys for gear boxes & motors and replacing of wornout cutting teeths whenever required. Removing, cleaning and refixing of 'V' belts, and other spares as directed by the department.
All materials i.e., spare parts and consumables like M-seal, grease, gear oil etc., will be provided as and when required. All the wet pulverizers should be in good working condition and maintained hygienic condition. The welding / lathe works are to be attended whenever necessary. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Gas Stoves Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Daily checking and replacement of N.C valves, copper pig tails, gas flexibles and burners and replace of spares whenever required. The welding works are to be attended whenever necessary. Steam and gas pipe lines Servicing and comprehensive maintenance Checking, servicing and replacement of S.S.Steam pipe lines of size 1 1/2" dia., 1" dia., flanges, globe valves, Ball valves, gaskets and steam leakage testing and arresting etc. complete Checking, servicing and replacement of 1"dia, 3/4" M.S seamless pipes for gas lines including ball valves, flanges, pressure regulators, gas flexible, N.C valves, gas line leakage testing and arresting etc. complete.
SS Trolleys Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Removing of old damaged castor wheels from the trolleys Removing of old damaged S.S support channels / plates and rewelding with new one. Welding inside, out side of the trolley body and trolley handle Refixing of APEX make C-250 Model castor wheels to the trolleys. Grease applying to the wheels by grease gun. Cleaning of trolley completely after repair.
De-stoners Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Destoner: Checking and Servicing and replacement of Destoners Mesh, Motor bearings, Magnets, Reciprocating rod, Cam, levers, pillow block bearings and greasing applying at moving places/parts. The welding / lathe works are to be attended whenever necessary. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Flour Mill Operation: The flor mill shall be operated by the user department. Servicing and Comprehensive maintenance: Daily checking and applying of oil to the Brass bush bearings cleaning the machine before and after using. Checking and servicing and replacement of flat belts, brass bush bearings, main shaft of the machine, cutting plates, motor and its electrical panel board, hopper and screw adjustment, tightening of the flat belt, tightening of the foundation bolts & nuts of machine base and motor base. The operating personnel should check the proper functioning of the machine. The operating personnel should invariably be available at the machine while running. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Vegitable Cutting Machines Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Daily checking the feed hopper, feed cylinder, 4-Tube insert, push feed attachment & fine cut slicer (blades) of different sizes before start of the machine. The operating personnel should check the proper functioning of the machine The operating personnel should invariably be present at the machine while running. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Vegitable washing Machine Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Daily checking the Hydraulic pumps, water pumping motors and electrical board, servicing and replacement of spares required for the vegetable washing machine. The operating personnel should check the proper functioning of the machine The operating personnel should invariably be present at the machine while running. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Comprehensive maintenance: Feeder unit: Checking, servicing and replacing whenever necessary of all accessories. Oiling and greasing of Bearings/ spur gears with food grade oils/ grease whereever necessary.
Butter Milk Unit Operation: To operate of Butter milk unit to assist and duly following the proper guide lines to the user department using the equipment during filling of butter milk in to conveyance vessels as per the requirement of user department. And to supply the hot water from hot water tank to inside of kitchen where ever and when ever required. To keep the butter milk unit in function mode and after completion of utilisation equipment to supply the hot water for cleaning of tank and kitchen duly maintaining the required temperature of hot water for Cleaning of the utensils as per requirement. To keep the unit and hot water clean and neatly and to apply oil / grease whenever required.
Comprehensive maintenance: Servicing and maintenance of butter milk unit servicing, cleaning, and complete checking of all mechanical and electrical components like milk Pumping motors, different dia of hot water supply pipe lines and its glass wool insulation, bearings, power supply unit and its electrical accessories, all types of valves, removing and rectifying of the system and putting into the smooth running condition etc., complete as directed during execution. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts, power cables should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the unit.
Dish Washing Unit Operation: To operate the machine during cleaning of plates, tumblers other washable items as per the requirement of user department. To keep the machine function and providing steam before starting of the dish wash unit duly maintaining the required temperature of hot water for cleaning of the utensils as per requirement. To keep the machine clean and neatly and to apply oil / grease whenever required.
Comprehensive Maintenance: Servicing and maintenance of Dish wash machine monthly once and the service report should be submitted to the department. Servicing, cleaning and complete checking of all mechanical and electrical components like water pump and motors, conveyer belt, gears, photo cell unit, sensors, bearings, power supply unit and its electrical accessories, all types of valves, timer adjustment, steam lines etc., removing and rectifying of the system and putting into the smooth running condition etc., complete as directed During execution. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts, power cables should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the unit.
Dough Kneading Machine Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Daily checking the motor and electrical board, servicing and replacement of spares required for the batter mixing machine. The operating personnel should check the proper functioning of the machine The operating personnel should invariably be present at the machine while running. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Tamarind Pulp Machine Operation: Run by the user department. Comprehensive maintenance: Daily checking the motor and electrical board, servicing and replacement of spares required for the Tamarind Pulp machine. The operating personnel should check the proper functioning of the machine The operating personnel should invariably be present at the machine while running. All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
Vaporisers Comprehensive maintenance: 1) Any leakages at flange joints, welding joints and the pipe line, are to be arrested in LPG line duly replacing the gaskets, valves, packing material including welding / lathe works, replacement of bolts and nuts. 2) Check and servicing of vaporiser and the internal wiring testing of thermostat controls checking the seamless tube coils, insulation, solenoid valves, indication lamps and switches temperature gauges, refixing all the components. Re-filling of glycol water and water at the required level including welding / lathe works, replacement of bolts and nuts. 3) General: (1) The agency should check and replace the wornout spares whenever required to keep the system in good working condition at any time (2) The firm should service the entire system bimonthly (once in two months) and submit the service report to the department (3) Checking the running of all the pumps every month (4) Lubricating the moving regularly.
iii) B.G Dhall Flour Mills 1 tonne per hour capacity
Operation: To operate the flour mill to make B.G Dhall flour as per the requirement of department. To keep the machines clean and neatly and to apply oil / grease whenever required.
Servicing and comprehensive maintenance: Maintenance of B.G Dhall flour mill 1 Tonne per hour capacity - 3 Nos available at marketing godown, Tirumala. The flour mills consist of feed hopper, belt conveyors / screw conveyors, Destoners, blower and D.C Unit (Dust Collector), belt conveyor II, Pulverising unit I & II, Pipe line, blower Unit, cylone and rotary air lock valve including motors and electrical panel boards.
The agency should attend for servicing of the flour mills bimonthly (once in two months) and submit service reports to the department. The wornout required spares should be replaced periodically so as to function the flour mill at maximum efficiency. The agency should attend for any break downs immediately without affecting the production of B.G Dhall flours including welding / lathe works, replacement of bolts and nuts.
All the spares including rewinding / replacement of motors, electrical spare parts required should be replaced immediately without affecting the smooth running of the system.
General Conditions
1. Personnel: 1.1. The Technical personnel should be on full time and available at site whenever required by Engineer in Charge to take instructions.The technical personnel engaged shall be with suitable qualification and experience in maintenance of similar works. 1.2. The names of the technical personnel to be employed by the contractor should be furnished separately. 1.3. The contractor should provide Uniform to the working staff at his own cost. 1.4. The contractor should employ Hindus only and they should have faith in Lord Venkateswara.
1.5. If the Engineer-In-Charge asks the contractor to remove a person who is a member of contractor’s staff or his work force stating the reasons, the contractor shall ensure that the person leaves the site forthwith and has no further connection with the work in the contract. 1.6 One Technical person of qualification not less than Diploma in MECHANICAL shall be engaged.
2. Contractor’s Risks: All risks of loss of or damage to physical property and of personnel injury and death, which arise during and in consequence of the performance of the contract are the responsibility of the contractor.
3. Insurance: The contractor shall maintain at his own cost personal accident insurance for his own staff as considered satisfactory by the TTD to cover any risk arising from the work and services to be performed under the agreement. 3.1 The contractor shall provide the following insurance only through block insurance scheme to cover their men, machinery, and equipment. 1. Operating personnel’s compensation Insurance for the contractor’s labour. 2. Group personal accident policy.
4. Accident or Injury to the operating personnel: The contractor shall be solely liable for any accident or injury that may happen to any of the personnel engaged by him in connection with the contract work according to respective contracts. The TTD shall not be liable for or in respect of any damage or compensation payable at law in respect of or in consequence of any accident or injury to any personnel in the employment of the contractor and the contractor shall indemnify and keep indemnify the TTD against all such claims, damages, compensations and proceedings.
The contractor shall forthwith report to departmental officer, all cases of accidents to any of the personnel/operating personnel and shall make every arrangement to render all possible assistance and aid to the victims of accident.
5. Employees Provident Fund Act: The contractor shall comply with provisions of the “Employees” Provident Fund Act 1952, and the scheme framed there under in so far as they are applicable to his establishment. The contractor is further required to indemnify the TTD against any loss or damage, whatsoever that may be suffered by the TTD in compliance on his part with provisions of the aforesaid act and scheme framed there under. The contracting agency / person should pay his part of E.P.F contribution along with wages every month. It is the responsibility of the contractor / agency to pay the E.P.F contribution along with the contribution of his employees to the commissioner of E.P.F Evidence of payment by the contractor. The contractor should pay timely applicable minimum wages, variable dearness allowence, EPF & ESI throughout the contract period.
6. Care of Work : From the commencement of the work to the completion of the work, the contractor shall take full responsibility for the care of TTD property and equipment. In case any damage or loss shall happen to TTD property and equipment from any cause whatsoever, the contractor at his own cost replace and make good the same.
1) Water, power salt and Diesel/LPG will be supplied by TTD free of cost for operation and maintenance of the above scheme.
2) The contractor has to maintain one cell phone at each machinery section at his own cost for better interaction on running of machinery and for informing the authorities about the stage of action regularly as and when required by the department.
3). The Income tax @ 2% or as in force will be deducted from the running bills of the contractor.
4) The contractor has to procure the required machinery for repairing such as welding machine, cutting machine, grinding machine etc., at his own cost.
5) No escalation of rates on whatsoever reasons will be paid during the period of contract.
6) The contractor is to deploy the following minimum work force at various canteen sections for effecting and smooth functioning of O&M. If the contractor is fails to engage the said minimum work force, the amount will be deducted accordingly from the running bills. General Maintenance in day time at all canteens (MTVAC, SPRH, SVEC, VQC-II, PAC-II, PAC-IV, Dharmagiri, Vakulamaatha, Vakula Bhavan, Mahalakshmi) - 6 Nos Emergency work during night time - 2 Nos Dish washer - 2 Nos B. G. Dhal Flour Mills - 3 Nos SPRH - 1 Nos Weekly offs - 2 Nos Welders - 2 Nos Supervisor - 1 No Total - 19 Nos
7) If the deployed work force is observed as less for effective O&M of work the TTD will ask for additional deployment with reasons and the contractor shall comply forthwith. This additional deployment of required personnel will also be at the cost of contractor only. No extra amount whatsoever will be paid by TTD.
8) The Contractor shall pay the wages as per the proceedings of Roc.No. TTD-88021(31)/2/2023-COC-TTD dt.01.02.2024 as detailed below. a) For skilled workers wages = Rs.18,500/- + EPF & ESI. And as amended from time to time.
b) The Contractor shall strictly adhere to the statutory regulations viz., Enhanced Wages of TTD Board of Trustees Resolution, PF Act, ESI scheme, Insurance & other regulations covering labor contract. If failure on the contractor on the above, TTD shall reserve the right to take appropriate civil and criminal action against the concerned contractor and consequently the Agreement / MOU shall also be liable for cancellation apart from forfeiture of EMD and Security Deposit.
9) The contractor is to carryout servicing of all machinery once in a month and the reports are to be submitted to the Department every month. If the contractor is fails to service the steam boilers, the amount will be deducted accordingly from the running bills.
10) The rates are exclusive of GST.
Note: The tentative estimate amount is arrived based on the requiremnt for both man power deployment and supply of materials, which were calculated per month basis. In case, the identified contractor fails to deploy the man power and also to supply the materials, the proportionate cost will be deducted from the running bills accordingly.
