M & L for providing and laying water proofing treatment on top surfaces of roof after cleaning of roof surface with water and filling of cracks with ceiling compound or polymer modified mortar and dried top surface of roof applying a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.3 Ltr per Sqm and followed a layer of APP polymer modified five layered water proofing membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 4.oo Kg /Sqm with non woven polyester reinforcement (weight not less than 160 gm /Sqm) of Dr Fixit Torchshield MF-P3160 or equivelent . The APP membrane shall be laid with LPG connected torch method. A layer of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg /Sqm shall be applied on top surface of APP membrane . Application incl. over lap side lap shall be provided as per manufacturers instruction and as specified and directed . The side lap and laps should have overlap 75 mm to 100 mm and should be thermo fuse together so that it forms a single sheet throughout incl complete all as specified and directed.

M&L of 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggeegate) on roof and floor including roughening of existin suface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab /AC sheet roof /CGI sheeting roof chajja including picking sweeping cleaning and washing with water to remove dust cleaning inccluding taking down of existing roof treatment and providing water proofing treatment as described as under:- (a) Applying a coat of STAR PROOF MB-602 with help of brushes on the cleaned RCC slab /chajja. (b) Laying a layer of fibre cloth on wet MB-602 coating and applying another coat of MB-602. (c) After drying of surface finally applying a coat of STAR PROOF SP-600 as per manufacturers instruction by SS PL STAR.
