The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and installing abrasion resistant heavy duty work shop flooring by preparing the surface, cleaning the surface thoroughly by removing all dust and debris and all cracks, crevices and undulations shall be filled with epoxy based mortar. Before the application of epoxy toppings, the concrete substrate shall be checked for moisture content with a Thermo-Hygrometer (RH is 75 or lower /5% Moisture content & below). Applying one coat of epoxy primer on the prepared surface and allow it to became tack free. Followed by applying Self levelling hard Epoxy floor coating of approved brand and colour as per direction of engineer in charge and cure as per the manufactures specification in three layers of minimum thickness 3 mm/each layer, including material, labour, leading, laying etc. complete. The finished floor should be self- smooth to an even coloured, dense and impervious.
