All as per item No.1 but 200 Amps, 3 pole with breaking capacity 35 KA.

Supply and laying or fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC sheathed 2.5 sq. mm 2 core nominal cross section area incl taking down old cable with complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old unsericeable defective distribution LT Panel board of any capacities including incoming/outgoing outlets with complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repairs LT Panel double door, cubical type floor outdoor type mounted 3 phase 4 wire 50 cycles, 415 volts. The panel board shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members and 2 mm thick for doors/covers/partitions and shall be factory powder coated on both sides. The panel shall be provided with seperate compartment for each switch gear with hinged door. The panel board shall be suitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with 600Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bus bars for phases and neutral, colour coaded with heat shrinkable sleeves pre-wired with copper cable. CPRI for manufacturing firm shall be produced The panel shall be accommodate complete with instrumentation such as Digital display amphere meter and volt meter, Phase indicating lamps etc., for indicating incoming/out going supply and comprising of the followings items:- Note :- The quoted rate deems to be inclusive of necessary PCC foundation and brick work required at site for installation of LT Panel board with necessary lugs, nuts & bolts with washers and connecting up of old existing UG cables etc required at site with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Comprehensive maintenance and repairs of microprocessor controlled with AC Variable Voltage & Variable Frequency Drive (VVVF Drive) electric driven 13 Passenger lift with Automatic Rescue Device (ARD) , 3D infra red sensor facility system for 884 Kgs ground plus four floors complete with grular examination, adjusting the systems, lubricating/greasing the parts, repairsl/replacement of rotaing parts, repairs to motor, gear box, controller, safety devices/governor, replacing gear box oil, renual of hoisting rope, repairs to landing/car doors, landing push button controlls, car cabling/electrical systems,repairs and maintenance of car lamps/fan, alarm bell/fire switches and repairs/replacement of reversed phase relay etc for smooth functioning of lift including periodical Inspection/testing of lift by Electrical Inspectorate Govt of Andhra Pradesh or authorised agent and obtain fitness certificate for lifts with all as specifed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. M & L for cleaning of fountaion at DG House, draining out the water and cleaning the faoutain with cleaning agent / bleaching power of sufficient quantity and repair the sump where ever required with cement work etc with all as specifed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L including testing pump set 5 HP, 3 phase, model No: KDS-550++, Make: Kirloskar monoblock pump with complete all as per specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance and servicing of monoblock Pump Set 5 HP, 3 phase, 415Volts, 50C/S with discharge rate 220LPM at 40 Mtrs head, Type and model-KDS 550++ including necessary replacement of worn out winding and bearings and bushes periodically to assure trouble free operation of the Pump Set with complete all as specifed and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
