Demoltion of cement cocrete padding of water proofing treatment from roof pading taking down bituminous polythene sheets plaster etc overall thickness n.exc 200mm , cleaning of concete surfaces by wire brushres scrubbing down water and removing the dust debris etc. to a distance exc 50 mtre but n.exc 250 mtr from the site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make as per existing as filling in depression of roof slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for applying two coat of undiluted thick water based UV resistant elastomeric Polyurethane liquid membrane with UV resistance properties and solar relective properties of 109 over one coat of primer (1:3, Dilution:water) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note every each coat interval between 6 hrs including fibremesh of 40 GSM sandwich between two coats for better reinforcement) having solid content more than 80% and elastic recovery @ 150 % elongation % - 70 to 75 with elongation of 400% complete all as specified and directed. Work to be executed by company's authorised applicator only.

S&F in replacement of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layer white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified cap 1000 ltr incl taking out old PVC/RCC tank & removal away from site, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Ball valves 20 mm high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down steel water tubing 15 mm dia and connections, including cleaning and re-fixing the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down steel water tubing 20 mm dia and connections, including cleaning and re-fixing the complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in replacement GI Tubing medium grade 15 mm dia fixed to walls/floor including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in replacement GI Tubing medium grade 20 mm dia fixed to walls/floor including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down carefully DUCTABLE/SPLIT Acs of capacity 8.5/7.5/3.5/3/2/1.5 TR after properly disconnecting the supply, communication cable, discharge and suction tube with insulation, locking the gas and disconnecting the earthing from Acs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- 1. The following quantities of ACs are to be taken down and reconnected with proper earthing, communication cable and all Connected Items . 2. These ACs shall be taking down from 1st floor/2nd floor/3rd floor Roof Top and as per site requirements. (a) 8.5/7.5 ton- 18 ACs (b) 5.5/5 ton- 06 Acs (c) 1.5/2.0 Ton-5 Acs 3. MES No. of ACs shall be recorded in MB.

Re-Installation and Recommissioning of all the Ductable//split Ac of capacity 8.5/7.5/3.5/3/2/1.5 TR (qtys as per ser item NO.1)with proper supply connection to outdoor unit, communication cable, suction and discharge tube, refrigerant with proper earthing Reconnection as earlier to all Acs complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- The additional qty of aluminium strip(as per existing size) required for reconnection of earthing and communication cable will be inclusive in this item.

Testing all the re-installed Acs after pressure measurement and refrigerant topup, proper servicing and cleaning of outdoor and after earthing reconnection complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- MES No. of ACs shall be recorded in MB.

Taking down Aluminium strip of earthing and lighting arrester after disconeecting from existing location and Recnnecting them and testing after reconnection complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Jointing all the disconnected Aluminium strip(as per existing size) of earthing and ligthing conductor with saddle,nuts,clamp,screw etc for earthing reconnection and lighting arrester Reconnection and testing all the earthings and lighting arretser complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- The additional amount of Aluminium strip(as per exisitng size) required for reconnection and welding will be inclusive in this item.
