Comprehensive AMC estimate for colony maintenance, cleaning and upkeeping works of Town Administration, Area unit of Ib Valley Area, Civil and Electrical MCL for 120 days

Day to day maintenance of plumbing work etc. with all labour cost but excluding cost of materials as per instruction of Engineer Incharge.

Day to day maintenance of carpentry works by engaging one skilled carpenter and one unskilled Helper as per direction of EIC.

(GM Bungalow) Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Upkeeping of residential quarters in the township including cleaning of bathrooms, staircase, courtyard, garage, parking space, premises and surrounding areas including collection of garbage and disposal to the dustbins by engaging sufficient numbers of manpower including cost of all necessary tools and supervision charges etc. all complete as per the direction of EIC. (I) A-type QUARTER

Upkeeping of residential quarters in the township including cleaning of bathrooms, staircase, courtyard, garage, parking space, premises and surrounding areas including collection of garbage and disposal to the dustbins by engaging sufficient numbers of manpower including cost of all necessary tools and supervision charges etc. all complete as per the direction of EIC. (II) B-type quarter

Maintenance ol lawn, Sarden, flower beds, potted plants, plants and trees, planting of new plants / new lawns as and where required including watering, removal of weeds, wild vegetation etc, mahuring, putting good earth, fertilisers, applying peiticides at var,ous locataons etc. as per the direction of Engiheerln-Charge. (Cost of plants. manure, good earth, etc. to be paid for separately. However, cost ot toois & plants, flexible pipes, fertilisers and jnsecticide / pesticides are included in the item and i5 to be arranged by the contractor. The water supply point shall be provided at one point at each separate locataon by the department-). NOTE: The payment to the workmen shall be made throuSh any nationalised bank.

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/ Black topped roads excluding coal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/ waste at collection pit/ dustbins or at specified locations within a lead of 50 metres including all tools & plants like spade, basket, brooms with handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
