Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including all fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc.) removing material from the site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor or ceiling etc. to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one-one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS,PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor unsheathed in and including non metalic rigid PVC casing & caping of 25mm width (Medium grade double locking system) complete with all acessories including PVC sunk box ISI marked for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including making good the diturbed surfaces compete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc and n. exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm (soil) thickness all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for single pointed, air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long on the highest point of the building on porcelain base support and making termination roof/down conductor with necessary aluminium screws/nuts, bolts etc including removal of old UNSV all as specified and directed

S&F for test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75mmx75mmx25mm, drilled and screwed with 3 Nos , 8mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw housed in FRP box duly locking arrangement including connecting down conductor and earth strip complete including removal of old UNSV all as specified and directed

S&F for aluminium strip 25x3 mm for roof and down conductor on any type wall surface with necessary fixing arrangement by providing porcelain base at 60 cm interval and using cadmium plated fixing screws including removal of old UNSV all as specified and directed.

S&F for galvanised iron strip 25x4 mm buried in ground and on wall surface as per site requirement (for additional earthing lead beyond 7.5 meters per earth, if so required at site ) and interconnection of earth pits complete including removal of old UNSV all as specified and directed.
