Note: Overlap shall be provided as specified by the manufacturer.

S & F for pre-painted Galvalume steel Plain Sheets and thickness 0.50mm [Galvalume base-PPGL Sheets], having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cut to length & bent to shape, girth sheets fixed with aluminium self tapping screws of size 50/75mm and neoprene and EPDM washers of suitable size in roof covering / cladding / eves trim / rake trim and closure trim / valley rain water gutter / down spouts and top rafters etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work confirming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E- 250, Quality-A as in Plates [Plain & Chequered], Channels, Angles, square cut or notched [ordinary or counter sunk] forming holes without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F MS Machine made Screw Bolts [Galvanised] with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5 cm long and not exceeding 10 cm long, dia of neck exceeding 11 mm but not exceeding 15 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled Mild Steel work conforming to Fe 410-W, Grade-E-250, Quality-A as in Roof Trusses [framed], Trussed, Purlins, Crane Gantries, Rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing [Beam, Tee, Angle, Channel or Flat Sections] including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work as in Tubular Trusses, Posts etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161, Grade YST - 240, Medium Grade of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete [reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition] of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC 1:1½:3, Type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, Pillars, Piers, Posts and Struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts, Piers, Columns and Stanchions of any Shape / Cross Section for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Two Coats of Epoxy Anticorrosive Paint over one coat of Red Oxide / Zinc Chrome Primer on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Epoxy Anticorrosive Paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of Oil Based Bituminous Primer conforming to IS – 3384 [Latest] @ 0.3 Litre / Sq.m, laying APP Modified [Polyester Reinforced] Membrane of 3mm thick weighing not less than 3.8 KG / Sq.m confirming to IS – 16532 [2017], by torch application with side overlap of 100mm & end overlap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description including PCC Padding and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed.
