SCHEDULE 'A' Part-I Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring and paving’s not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old rested plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete as in foundations, filling, post holes and mass concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete,1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors/ paver block/ path etc finishing the surface even & rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones(fixing hold fasts), bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups,spacers and binders and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20mm thick laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror face) complete over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18-20 mm thick white marble (Makrana white) work (table rubbed and polished and moulding of outer edges) as in flooring (border 100mm to 150mm wide) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick in riser of steps,skirting,dado and pillar laid over cement screed base and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror face) complete over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to brick walls in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat primer complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper, of approved tinted over a coat of chalk whitening for preparation of smooth surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate laid in alternative bays area not exc 2 sqm each as in plinth protection laid to slope of 1 in 12 including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints (6 mm wide) with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 or VG-30 and 3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 38mm wide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries. rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc, Fe 410-W (Grade E-250 quality-B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes,without any attachment Fe 410-W (Grade E-250 quality-B) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed boths ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc. 15cm long and nn exc 22.5cm long and diameter of neck 11 mm to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, compete all as specified and directed. (Colour as approved by GE)

M&L pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, facia and fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (Colour as approved by GE)

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide,zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4Kg per sqm and fixed to complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails, braces, etc., complete,drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rail and guides) and hanging;also fastening and fixing conform to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

Returning,filling in,including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc25 cm any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc.50m and depositing where directed at aleveln exc 1.50m above the sterting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings like fillets,rails, posts,rafters,purlins,etc under 40Sq.cm in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in post, truss, purlin etc. complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' Part-II M&L explosion proof point wiring concealed type using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits),with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No.in and including ERW rigid steel conduit and flame proof conduit fittings and accessories (ISI marked) on wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with metal body of light fittings/fan socket etc suitable for class I Zone IE Ex II C, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly for One light/ fan/ Exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1 x 16 watt LED light fitting flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc., complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flameproof with explosion protection sheet metal enclosures disbribution board single pole and neutral 4 way with 200 Amps rates bus bar 240V, metallic double door IP-42 protection complete including 01 No MCB SPN, 240V, 40 Amp 10 KA, 02 Nos MCB SP, 240 V, 6-32 Amp 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flameproof exhaust fan AC single phase 230 volts of size 300mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 20 mm bore light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :(i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 20 mm thick pre cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-( ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m for protection of earth wire. Any variation in length beyond 7.50 m shall be measured separately.(iii) Item includes cost of earth wire up to 7.5 m Any variation in length beyond 7.50 m shall be measured separately.(iv) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm bore light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.
