Tender for Providing additional Protection work to the existing wire crates on left and right bank of Khauli Khad by providing cement concrete and painting distempering of shift duty room at forebay , Intake of Khauli Power House.

Amount

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm so as to give a fair finish including centring,shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto a height of 7 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in walls.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint (Ace) of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Distempring one coat with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Subsequent coat of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture.

Painting one coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with readymixed paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.Readymixed paint other than white

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint brushing finishing oil glossto give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter other than white.
