Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.2 here in before but except bricks, using old serviceable brick as retrieved.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling loose/disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bands, shelves, beams, ceiling battens and similar work at any position/height, cleaning the surface and removing crystals of rust from steel reinforcement and applying anti-corrosive solution and dubbing out with PCC 1:1½:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to required shape including provision of necessary supports and formwork including 10mm thick plaster in 1:4 CM finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed . ( NOTE : Area of repair shall only be measured)

Taking down cement or lime plaster at any position including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surfaces even and smooth with or without using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rate)

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling surfaces finishing the surfaces fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 finishing the sufraces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coats of cement base paint (white or tented) over a coat of chalk whiting all as specified & directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for for preparation of old plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing including filling up of holes/cracks using white colour/wall putty and removal of nails/removing of roots of small trees & plants etc.and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but two coats of white wash complete.

M & L, for preparation of old decorated surfaces on walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L, for preparation of old surfaces of ceilings including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spot & applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

M & L for Writing letters or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian ) n.exc 30cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr.-in-charge.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in patches, n.exe 3 sqm each patch on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surfaces even and smooth with or without using water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rate)

Supply only liquid inltegral water proofing compound complete all as specified .

Removing of trees/ plants including roots from wall / roof top surface and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC (1:3:6) or cement sand mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
