Labour only disconnection of HT/LT electrical connections and shifting of distribution transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire of any type/make and capacity upto 500 KVA complete pole mounted/plinth mounted and install on structure/plinth as directed, completion of all HT/LT electrical connections complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The cost of T&P required for shifting the transformer is deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor.

Dismantling and removal of concrete poles/ struts, any size and shifting to site as directed by Engr-in-Charge for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and removal from the site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of prestressed cement concrete poles 11 M long of size 152 mm x152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom class-9, conforming to relevant latest IS including refixing of connecting items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge on site.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and GI Nuts 150 mm height 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single disc type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 145mm height and 255mm dia ball and socket type three disk assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 11000 volt grade and max failing load 45 KN complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of pin type, porcelain , vitreous, white , green & brown insulator including one galvanised iron long steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, working pressure 33000 Volts and of size 290 mm dia x 290 mm height, ISI marked, for 10 KN max failing load complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of disc type porcelain vitreous, white brown or green 145mm height and 255mm dia ball and socket type three disk assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductor working pressure 33000 volt grade, conform to IS-13134, for 7.5 KN max failing load complete all as specifed and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil all as directed by EIC.

M&L in replacement of GI tubing of size 100 mm bore, light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and lay in replacement of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 95 sq mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable OH conductor all as specified and directed.

Laying only XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor LT 1100V grade cross sectional 120 sq mm 3.5 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cable shall be issued from department to the contractor under Sch 'B'.

Material and labour in replacement of unserviceable end jointing kit, outdoor type heat shinkable, 120 to 185 sq. mm 3 core suitable for 33KV 3 Core, XLPE electric cable complete all as specified and directed: Note :- Earth work for joints shall be measured and paid separately against respective item.

All as per item No 18 above but size of cable 240 to 300 sqmm.

Material and labour in replacement of end jointing kit, indoor type heat shrinkable, 95 sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above but outdoor type.

Supply and fix in replacement of switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, current rating up to 200 Amps, 11000 volt, mounted on insulator (09 insulators) and steel frame with operating mechanism working from ground level, including operating pipe and handle duly locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of swing out expulsion fuse assembly single pole (drop out fuse) for 11000 Volts of cap. 100 Amps complete with MS channel, post insulators etc all as specified.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary frame work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole /struts/stay assembly etc complete all as directed by EIC

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide but exceeding1.5m in depth for errection of PCC pole in hard/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Auguring/ Drilling /Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology by manual /machine, including fixing of HDPE pipe of 100 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for river sand cushioning to underground cable for cushioning 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

All as per item No. 33 here-in-before but class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm.

Removing excavated material (soil) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in single red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT pole of size 25 x 20 cm size including complete fixing arrangement with iron strip 25mm x 3mm with nut, bolts and paints etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacement of lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp including taking out old U/S LA assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of old unserviceable LA station class heavy duty, gap less confirming to IS 3070 having having system voltage 33 KV highest system voltage 36 KV, system fault level 25 KA, LA rated voltage 42 KV, maximum continuous operationg voltage 36 KV rms, nominal discharge current 10 KA, rated frequency 50Hz complete with all fittings suitable for 33 KV, 3 phase, earth distribution system complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing & stringing in replacement ACSR conductor on poles with jumpering and binding with aluminium conductors and in yards with and incl aluminum connectors of required shape and suitable for conductor size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PG clamps/connectors suitable for HT 33 KV electric supply including suitable size of nuts, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. NOTE:- Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electrical plate No 3.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip as earth electrode complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of male contact / moving contact pipe assembly complete suitable for 33 KV GOD horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of female contact / fix contact assembly complete suitable for 33 KV GOD horizontal type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for writing pole number of minimum 10 cm height with black paint over base of yellow paint on PCC/steel poles complete all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for replacement of cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with GI earth wire 4 mm dia and cradles made out of 3.15 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fuse wire of rating upto 100 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.
