Manufacturing, Testing, Inspection, Supply & Delivery of hot rolled Non Alloy M.S. “U” Type steel Sheet Pile as per specification mentioned below. ( Indian Bidders ) Manufacturing, Testing, Inspection, Supply & Delivery of hot rolled Non alloy M.S. “U” Type steel Sheet Pile including marine Freight & marine Insurance, all taxes & duties applicable out side India and as per specification mentioned below. ( Foreign Bidders ) Hot Rolled Non Alloy M.S. Sheet Piling material Grade shall be conforming to IS:226-1975/ IS:961-1975 / IS:2062-1984 / IS:8500-1977 / IS:2314 OR Equivalent ASTM A328/A, 328(M)(200) / EN-10248-1: 1996 Standard or Equivalent International Specification and Code of Practice. The interlocks of Sheet Piling shall be free-sliding, provide a swing angle suitable for installation and maintain continuous interlocking at the time of Installation. Width (Distance between the Centre of Interlock)=600 mm Thickness of Flange=17.5 mm (minimum) and Web = 11.25 mm (minimum). Hot Rolled Steel Pile shall be of weldable quality. Section Modules per Meter of Wall = 2650 CM3/m (minimum) Minimum Yield strength = 430 N/mm2 Elongation = 18.0% (minimum) Length of each Pile= 12 mtr (minimum)
