Schedule showing the approximate quantities of materials to be supplied by the departmental for the work to

be executed in this contract and the rates at which they are to be charged.

1 The contractor while submitting the tender should see that the rates in schedule A are filled in by the

Engineer-in-charge.

2 The materials to be supplied free of cost to the contractor for the work are mentioned in schedule-A

3 The contractor submitting the tender shall make his own arrangement at his cost for loading, unloading

and transporting the materials safety at the site of work, for the materials stipulated in the Schedule-A.

Any materials lost or damaged and become unserviceable shall be recovered. at the double rate of

issue rate of G.W.S S.B.

4 Any materials required for the item other than labour item mentioned above, the materials not included

in Schedule-A if such materials are available with the Department it will be issued on request to the

contractor for the use of materials under this contract only the prevailing market rates or Departmental

issue rate plus storage charges whichever is higher.

5 The materials issued by the Department and not used for the work, shall be returned to the Department

in good and acceptable condition by the contractor in time. If not the amount will be recovered from the

contractor at double the issued rate fixed by the Department for such materials not returned back.

6 The required binding wire shall be provided and tightened by the contractor at his own cost.
