Removing unserviceable legs of Almirah supply and fixing new legs minimum thickness of 1 mm & as per drg.

Repair to Table Computer Removing unserviceable parts of Table Computer, supply and fixing of the following parts to table all as shown on drg and as directed. Top of Table Computer shall be made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board size of 3' x 6' bounded with phenol formal dehyde one side teak face other side white in colour including 4 mm thick 1st class hard wood (teak) beading around the sutter all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of key board tray of table Computer size of 450 x 480mm shall be made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of telescopic channel 12" long Make :- Godrej or equailavent for key board tray/drawer/pull out tray all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of drawer of table Computer size of 430 x 480mm long 75mm deep shall be made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable rect PVC cover made to shape and supply/fixing with new one superior quality as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable legswith nylon buffers shown as per drg and supply/fixing with new one superior quality as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable knobs and supply/fixing with new one superior quality as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Repair to Table 3 x 3 Steel Removing unserviceable parts of Table 3 x 3 Steel, supply and fixing of the following parts to table all as shown on drg and as directed. Top of Table 3 x 3 Steel shall be made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board size of 3' x 3' bounded with phenol formal dehyde one side teak face other side white in colour including 4 mm thick 1st class hard wood (teak) beading around the sutter all as shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement legs of table office officer,25mm mild steel square tube 1.6mm thick welded with electric welding machine to match with bottom frame all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement top rails of table office officer,25mm mild steel square tube 1.6mm thick welded with electric welding machine to match with bottom frame all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Every corner of table 3 x3 steel table should be supported by 6'' 25mm mild steel square tube 1.6mm thick retrived from 4(a) & (b) through standard workmenship welding.

M&L in replacement of square rubber/pvc shoes for legs of table 3 x 3 all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Repair to Locker Bed Side Steel (a) Removing of old unserviceable handles from Bed side locker steel supply and fixing new chromium plated steel handle 100mm long as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable safety type hasp and staple from bed side locker steel, Supply and fixing new chromium plated hasp and staple (75x60x3mm) as specified and directed.

Fixing loose shelves of locker bed side steel

Taking out old unseviceable doors of locker bed side steel and S and F of new door size as per drawing and thickness not less than 1 mm thick

Removing unserviceable legs of Locker bed side steel and supply and fixing of new legs as per drg, thickness of sheet shall be minimum 1 mm thick

Charpoy With hard top (a) M&L Removing unsv ply wood and replacing with new 12mm plywood top of size 1980x900 mm gde BWR type ISI marked fixed with MS cleat claet & Stiffners with cup & Washer. Make :- Greenply/Kitply/Assam

Removing old brocken/unsv stiffnersand supply and fixing of stiffners 25 x 25 x 18 gauge thickness MS tube

Removing old brocken/unsv cleat and supply and fixing cleat with welded M S tube size of 25 x 80 x 5mm

Removing old brocken/unsv and supply and fixing of MS Tube 25 x 65 x 18 gauge thickness

M&L in replacement of square rubber/pvc shoes all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Bed hard top (a) M&L Removing unsv ply wood and replacing with new 12mm BWR phenol bonded commercial ply with edging top of size 1980x900 mm gde BWR type ISI marked fixed with MS cleat cleat & Stiffners with cup & Washer. Make :- Greenply/Kitply/Assam

Removing old brocken/unsv 18mm both sides prelaminated particle board screwed to MS Strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe from the head rest and foot rest.

M&L in replacement of square rubber/pvc shoes all as shown in drawing and as directed by Enigneer-in-Charge.

Repair to Charpoy GI Pipe with ply wood top Removing unserviceable long rails from charpoy GI Pipe, supply and fixing new GI long rail as per IS-1239 med grade 32 mm bore duly threaded as shown in drg

M&L Removing unsv ply wood and replacing with new 12mm plywood top of size 1980x900 mm gde BWR type ISI marked fixed with 13 MS bolt 6mm dia including washer and nuts as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of two nos ms flat strips 25 mm width 5 mm thick and 905 mm long on equal dividation on the gi charpoy for strengthening and holding of 12 mm ply and make holes on both ends to fit 5mm thick counter sunck machine screw 75mm long alongwith washers and nuts.

GI long rail obtained vide item 8 (a) shall be converted into short rail and fixing duly threaded as shown on drawing in replace on unserviceable short rails.

GI short rails obtained vide item No 8 (c) above shall be converted into leg and fix in place of unserviceable legs duly threaded in charpoy GI

Removing unserviceable GI elbow three way from Charpoy GI, supply and fixing of new GI elbow three way 32 mm dia (medium grade) ISI marked

Removing unserviceable GI check nut, supply and fixing of new GI check nut 32 mm dia (medium grade)

FORM WITHOUT BACK M&L For Replacement of the following existing old/broken/unserviceable parts of Form without back from with & including new parts of Ist class teak wood (Clean Sawn) made to shape as per drawings including polishing complete to match with existing parts after finishing complete all as specified and directed and shown on drgs. (a) Remove the unsv plank and supply and fixing of teak wood plank size of 255 x 1525 x 25mm thick.

Remove the old unsv stiffner square tubler and supply and fix 25mm dia MS square tube match with existing alongwith standard workmenship welding.

Gas / Electric semless welding (a) Gas / Electric seamlesse welding 6 mm thick to various steel furniture members and components where required including grinding filling the welding surface to match the existing surface complete.

Painting to steel furniture Painting shall be done after removing of dents of steel surface. Putty shall be applied in dents surfaces directed by Engr-in-Charge to make surface flesh with existing surface. Painting shall be done with one coat of OG/Black/white paint (spray painting) both inside and outside of all furniture articles as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge before commencement of painting work preparation of surface shall be got approved from the Engr-in-Charge then apply the coat of painting on whole surface shall be applied on dent surface and additional one coat of paint shall be provided on the same surface:- (a) Almirah steel large with shelves
