Material and labour for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n.exc. 0.18 sqm as in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450x 350x 7mm /350x 250x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in skirting/dados etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor, laid in bays, finish the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass/gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded and mitred , beads for securing glass etc the size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube with EPDM gasket as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.
