Supply, installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410-SP-31 (9 mtr long) with mild steel base plate of size 30cmx30cmx6mm thick, welded at bottom and cap finial taper plugs, bolt, nuts and screw as specified including two coats of black bituminous paint throughout internally, and externally upto planting depth. The remaining portion of the exterior surface shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed in true vertical position complete including dismantling of US existing pole by breaking PCC coping complete all as specified and directed.

Pruning / trimming of tree branches not more than 100 mm dia surrounding 2.0 mtr wide all around the LT/HT overhead line, cleaning the site and removing the cutted branches outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out LT OH line conductor with GI earth wire of any size fixed on existing cross arms by loosing the binding wire from the insulator where ever necessary and refixing /restraining, securing, tightening including cutting the tree branches, obstacle to the OH lines (approx 3.00 metres clearance all around the outer conductor) and bushes on ground in each span n.exc 35 m (average) for three phase and neutral with street light feeder and GI guard wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable pin type insulator and S&F new pin type porcelain, vitreous white/ brown/ green insulator of size 100 mm height & 65 mm dia suitable for 1100 Volt grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle and two galvanized iron washers and nut etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable shackle type and S&F new shackle type porcelain vitreous white/ brown/ green insulator of size 75mm height and 90mm dia, suitable for 1100 Volt grade including galvanized mild steel straps of size 31x3 mm, washers, bolts and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down outdoor/ Indoor type transformer from foundation /plateform carefully by dismantling connections for repair and transporting the same upto the factory, draining out transformer oil from the transformer, dismantling and taking out burnt primary and secondary coil of transformer of capacity 75 KVA /100 KVA,11KV/ 415 Volt, copper bound to assertain the defective HV/LV coils, rewinding made of copper winding coil of suitable size according to the capacity of transformer with packing/ insulating material complete, cleaning of cooling fins/ radiator and re-assembling the same after renewal of defective parts and testing the transformer at factory, transporting back to AGE Banbasa and re-fix the same in position on four pole structure, reconnecting all electric connections and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) New spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (ii) After opening the Transformer, list of defective/ unserviceable parts to be prepared jointly by Engineer-in-Charge and contractor.

Note The rate of straight through joint are deemed to the existing rate and excavation, sand, brick protection cover returning filling, removing of surplus soil will be measured and paid separetly under respectiv item of sch.

M&L for finding out the fault of LT cable 3.5 core above 50 Sq mm to 150 Sq mm by digging of existing trench and removing the brick protection cover and all material and restore the supply by using LT straight through joint and making as per existing as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note The rate of straight through joint are deemed to the existing rate and excavation,sand,brick protection cover returning filling, removing of surplus soil will be measured and paid separetly under respectiv item of sch.
