Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. .etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5 m, in all kinds of soil etc. complete as per the direction of Board staff.

Excavated departmental loose earth heap available at newly formed yard in the same compound and filling the site by spreading the departmental earth including all leads and lifts, labour charges etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth as per the standard specifications and direction of department official at site.(payment shall be made as per initial and final levels after rolling of the site of filling)

Extra for compaction of departmental loose earth rolling and levelling the earth filling in layers transported and spreded at site including all leads and lifts, labour charges etc. from the existing ground level, in layers not exeeding 20cm in depth, consolidating by power roller, each deposited layers by ramming and watering as per standard specification and direction of board staff payment shall be made as per initial and final level after rolling of the site of filling) (Based on DSR Item no 16.2)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40 mm broken stone excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : foundations, footings, bases for columns etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work using Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including straightening, cutting, bending and placing in position and binding all complete including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Mechanical transport including loading unloading and stacking available excess earth after refilling (Item No. 15)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level excluding cost of centering, shuttering ,including cost of all materials and labour, watering, curing etc. complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Pointing on stone work with CM 1:3 (flush/ruled pointing) including watering ,curing,etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Solid block masonry using precast solid block (factory made) of size 40x20x20 cm or nearest available size conforming to is 2185 part l of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20 cm and above in cm 1:6 (1 cement, 6 coarse sand) etc. Complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, (1 cement : 4 fine sand) 12 mm thick one coat, floated hard and trowelled smooth for inside and outside walls of all floor including groove cutting at masonry concrete joints up to 10 m height including cost of all materials and labour etc. complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Supplying at site, Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire (G.I. barbed wire) weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)etc. etc complete as per the standard specifications and direction of Board staff.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.
