M&L rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on fair face of brick over concrete surface finished even and smooth witout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick /concrete surface of ceilling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off premises and removal of debries to distance exc 250mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for first quality non skid HD Polished coloured cermaic jointless tiles 8 to 10 mm thick of size 600mmx 1200mm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured Epoxy grout to match, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Glazed HD Polished coloured cermaic jointless tiles 8 to 10 mm thick of size 600mmx 1200mm as in vertical surfaces / dado and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured Epoxy grout to match, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed .

SCHEDULE A PART II (E/M WORKS) Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, C/roses, Pendants DBs, sockets etc. including taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet/DBs/fittings such as switches, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings bulkhead fittings, sketch fittings, tube light fittings, fan regulator, electric meters, meter box any type etc including making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.
