Providing farm labourers for agricultural activities at various campuses of UAS Dharwad (For approx 490 farm labours)

The tenderer should have provided more than 500 Nos of required category of man power services for Govt /Semi Govt / local bodies in any three years in the preceding five years. The amount of such work shall not be less than Rs. 500.00 Lakhs. The agency has to provide labours who have skills in farm operations / gardening / agricultural / horticultural / forestry / dairy operations.

The bidder must be registered under EPF, ESI and PT

The bidder must have registered under Companies Act or 1932 partnership Firm Act or proprietorship (In case of Companies and Partnership Firm the vendor has to provide declaration on percentage of liability of all the directors / partners as applicable)

The bidder must be registered under Metropolitan City Corporation / City Corporation / Municipality / Village Panchayat

The bidder shall have an annual turn over of two(2) times the amount put to tender in any three years in preceding five years

The bidder shall furnish Line of credit with specific name of the work for Rs. 500.00 Lakhs issued by any Nationalized / Scheduled bank

The bidder must have PAN card and IT returns for last Three (3) years

The bidder must be registered under GST

The bidder must have statutory registration certificate with labour department.

The bidder must have ISO 9001:2015

The bidder shall not be black listed by any Government / Utilities / Departments at the time of bidding
