Stone filling Under Floor

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth

Providing and laying cement conc. work 1:2:4[1cement 2 sand graded 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size] and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced conc. work in :- Suspended floor roofs ,landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.In (b) Columns ,pillar post and struts up to floor to level

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. Work I/C bending binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level

Providing form work with steel plates 3.5mm welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in (C) Columns, pillar post and struts

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Super structure above plinth level upto floor two level cement mortar1:5 (one cement: five sand) 2nd class bricks.

Providiong and fixin 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zink coated sheet with top coat of regular modifide polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepqainted joints J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6mm dia meters with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessaries as required as per the direction of engineer in charg

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2.00 mm thick in eaves facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polysterorganic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges.

Steel work welded in built up section , trusses and frmaed work including cutting ,hoisting fixing in position and applying a primining coat of red lead paint. In grating framed guard , bars , ladders , railling brackets and similar works

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/conc./stone walls for interior plastering up to floor to level i/c arrises internal round angles ,chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. In cement mortar 1:5

Applying priming coat over new concrete/masonry/asbestos cement/plastering surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease, dirt and other foreign . Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for making the surface.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete.
