Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rubber moulded coloured glossy finish chequered cement concrete tiles, ISI Marked, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of old PCC/chequered for following size of tile complete all as specified and as directed:-

30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor/ hardstanding/ footpath laid in panel finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises from MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid, joint free, coloured endura tiles 7-8mm thick (Square/Rectunglar), as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), area of each tiles shall be of following complete all as specified and directed :-

Area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm.

M&L for coloured vitrified tiles of any design and pattern, double charged, 9 to10 mm thick, as in floor etc incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B1b with average water absorption less than 0.05%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Centre & Edge curvature and warpage + 0.20% (Max Deviation). Breaking strength 1200 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects and area of each is as following complete all as specified and directed :- Note: Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by GE/ AGE(I).

Area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm.

Description same all as per item No. 8 but as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc with and includind over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid, joint free, coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (Square/Rectunglar), as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles laid with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), area of each tiles shall be of following complete all as specified and directed :-

Area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any design and pattern, 300x450x 7 to 8mm thick, as in dado etc including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white of coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles. Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B III with average water absorption between 10% to 15%. Length, width and straightness of sides + 0.20% (Max deviation). Thickness + 4.0% (Max deviation). Straightness of sides and Rectangularity +0.15% (Max Deviation). surface flatness + 0.22% (Max deviation). Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed. Note: Shade of the tiles including Colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE(I)

M&L for 20 mm thick granite stone slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and mirror finish polished) with and including necessay notching, chamfering the edges in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like bedded over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position as in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 with and including one shop coat of zinc chrominium primer paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The rates quoted deemed included for cutting to dead length where required, notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolts and nuts), providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc., also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement ( corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, AZ-150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, as in roof kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water and removing unseviceable materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Solid (125mm x63 mm Double Rebate) factory made 100% solid WPC brown door frame made from 100% LEAD FREE (Single extruded process) material with density 780 kg/ Cum & manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company, all as per specification drawings as directed. The door frame should be Water Proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having excellent screw holding capacity and shall be fixed with 6 Nos 150mm long hole fasterners complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Solid (100mm x63 mm single rebate) factory made 100% solid WPC brown door frame made from 100% LEAD FREE (Single extruded process) material with density 780 kg/ Cum & manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company, all as per specification drawings as directed by Engg-in-Charge. The door frame should be Water Proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having excellent screw holding capacity nd shall be fixed with 6 Nos 150mm long hole fasternerscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30mm thick moulded plain WPC solid door shutter: providing (30mm thick) MOLDED WPC Brown Factory made 100% solid door (Conforming As per IS: 4020) made from 100% LEAD FREE single extruded with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side plain with density not less than 600kg/Cum. Manufactured by an ISO: 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water Water Proof, termite proof, fire retardant and having excellent screw holding capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing of windows made of pre-painted steel (Base steel as per IS 513 of 0.58mm thick “D” Quality galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 GSM). Primer coated with epoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick and back coated with 5-7 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be of 72x55mm, centre mullion should be of 72x50mm, section for fixed glass beading should be of 12x12mm and section for shutter should be of 52 x 25mm. Outer frame & mullion sections to have rebate for glazed shutters, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/ grills fly mesh shutter section should be of 20x40mm. The sections are to be cut to length mitre joined with corner bracket. Centre mullions to be fixed with mullion cap. Elixir or equivalent stay, handles 2nos of heavy duty stain less steel pivot hinges shall be provided per shutter. The windows should be paneled with 4 mm thick plain float glass and S.S. Mesh for fly mesh shutter (304 grade). Rubber Gaskets are provided all around the glass. The above frames should be fixed to the concrete/masonry wall by means of self expanding screws. Including 10mm square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch, complete for finished item of work including of all taxes complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tacks or wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on plastered surfaces over and including 1mm thick of Birla/ JK wall care putty for smooth finish of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
