Malda Division, Eastern Railway, invites E-tender, Competitive, single stage, twopacket system, from food and catering services providers for "Provision of CateringServices through Modular Catering Stall at Barharwa Railway station (Category-B) on PF no. 2/3, in between Two PF shed towards MLDT end for a period of 05(five) years under GENERAL MINOR UNIT"

Minimum Annual Turnover (essential) - The bidder must have minimum annual turnover of 3 times of Indicative License Fee in any one of the previous three financial years from catering business. The bidder would submit audited balance sheet and profit and loss account or Income Tax returns of previous three (3) financial year 2022-23 & 2023-24 & 2024- 25 duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Financial standing (essential) - The bidder must have profit or loss + accumulated reserves + share capital of minimum Rs. 3 Lakh in the previous three financial years 2022-23 , 2023-24 & 2024-25 duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Experience of Catering Business: For GMU at B category of stations, the Bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of catering business experience. (The Bidder shall submit a copy of Articles of Association/ Partnership Deed where Catering/Hospitality/Food and beverage is covered under the main object clause of the agreement).

Regarding previous 03 years experience in catering, supporting documents like letter of experience, allotment, certificate of incorporation/partnership deed (or) another document like attested copy of Income tax returns etc. are to be enclosed.
