Road Works: 2.2: Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting, wild vegetation, grass, bush, shurbs, sampling and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and staking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned. up to a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per MORTH specification 201. (i) By Manual Means (A) In area of non thorny jungle.

3.5: Excavation in Ordinary Soil. (i) Excavation in Cutting in Soil by mannual means with lead upto 50 m. Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift 1.5 m and lead upto 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3 (Manual method should be adopted where machines can not be deployed due to site condition.

2.14: Dismantling of Flexible Pavements:: Dismaantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202. II. By Mechanical Means (A) Bituminous Course

3.4: Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 100 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5. (i) Privte Land

3.14: Construction of sub-grade earthen shoulders construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of table 300.2 with lead up to 1000m as per technical specification clause. (i) Private Land.

4.1(A): Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical specification Clause 401. (ii) For Grading II Material

4.7(ii): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means

4.7(iii): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means

4.9: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 andf Technical Specification Clause 406.

5.1: Prime Coat, ii) High porosity. Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.
