Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) "

Brick on edge flooring/pathway with 80% of new bricks of class designation & 20% of old usable bricks 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska : With F.P.S. brick tiles.

Supply and fixing of decorative iron benches of length 1.50m of cast iron in both sides with arm and rectangular M.S pipe in sitting and back portion fixing with PCC(1:2:4) platform of size 1X2.50X1.50X0.10m for sitting facilities to the visitors including prime and paint etc. as per direction of Engineer-in -charge

Provision for repairing and refixing of damaged main gate with round gate including dismantling damaged RCC post and erection of new RCC posts, including painting, etc.

Provision for repairing old visitor bench changing of rusted pipe, welding, grinding painting etc. complete

Provision for shed above visitor benches with corrugated G.S sheet 0.35mm thick fixed with truss made of square bars and joined with posts 50mm dia ms hollow pipes 8ft height from ground level.

Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge."
