Annual maintenance of rolling shutters of Size upto 10 Sqm including gear/gear operated rolling shutters including necessary scaffolding, oiling, cleaning, greasing, spring tensioning, minor repairing and minor welding if necessary for smooth operation of shutter as per instruction of M-I-C.

Annual maintenance of rolling shutters of Size up to 10 Sqm to 15 sqm including gear/gear operated rolling shutters including necessary scaffolding, oiling, cleaning, greasing, spring tensioning, minor repairing and minor welding if necessary for smooth operation of shutter as per instruction of M-I-C.

Annual maintenance of rolling shutters of size more than 15 Sqm including gear/gear operated rolling shutters including necessary scaffolding, oiling, cleaning, greasing, spring tensioning, minor repairing and minor welding if necessary for smooth operation of shutter as per instruction of M-I-C.

Providing and fixing of Shutter Strip for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Lock Plate for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Gear as per required size for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Gear Chain for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Ball bearing as per required size for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Spring as per required size for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Cleat for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Main Shaft for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Lock with one pair of key for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Guide channel of required size for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Connecting Rod for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Steel hood with necessary fixtures as per requirements for all kinds of rolling shutter as per requirement during maintenance of rolling shutters as per instruction of MIC.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 x 1.25mm M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets ,side guides and arrange ments for inside and out side locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade no.2 and M.S top cover 1.25mm thick for rolling shutters and ball bearing for rolling shutters etc complete as per instruction of MIC.

Painting of rolling shutters with enamel paint one coat including scrapping, cleaning for all works.

Extra for providing gear operation for operating rolling shutters of any size.

Dismantling of the rolling shutter including dismantling of all fittings if required and breaking of concrete jams etc. and keeping of serviceable materials & disposal of unserviceable material within the plant premises as per instruction of MIC.

Fixing of rolling shutter of old materials by necessary grouting & welding including transportation all materials from the any location of the plant as per the instruction of MIC.

Repair and maintenance of the existing floor spring with aluminium door leaf including removing and refixing of aluminium door leaf if necessary, replacement of minor defective parts, adjustment of door leaf against fouling the floor etc.complete (all minor parts required for the maint. of floor spring/door leaf will be supplied by the contractor for which no extra payment will be made but replacement of necessary major parts which are in item no.-22, 24, 29 to 41 or other will be paid separately).

Filling of new oil in existing old floor spring of the aluminium door leaf as per requirement including cleaning/removal of old oil during repair and maintenance of floor spring which will be required in item no-21 including making the floor clean etc. complete as per direction of Manager-in-charge .

Taking out the damaged / good aluminium false ceiling carefully and stored the good false ceiling of aluminium strips for refixing after cleaning the old and good aluminium false ceiling strips including fixing with necessary clips which will be supplied by the contractor for which no extra payment will be made and necessary scaffolding etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of 5mm/6mm thick clear / coloured glass of good quality including removing aluminium beading,broken glass and rubber beading etc and refixing the old and good aluminium and rubber beading including the cost of all labours, materials etc complete for openable/fixed aluminium doors, aluminium partition walls & aluminium windows on old work as per instruction of M-I-C

Supplying and fixing of new floor spring of approved quality and manufacture for door leafs of aluminium door including removing the damaged floor spring, cutting the floor & making the floor good after fixing the new floor spring etc. all complete as per in struction of M-I-C.

Providing & fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of DORMA make for door including the cost of cutting floors as required, embeding in floor, making good the floor and removing of existing old one if any where ever required.

Repair and maintenance of sliding window shutter of the existing aluminium window including removing and refixing of aluminium shutter if necessary, replacement of minor defective parts, adjustment of shutter/ frame etc complete (all minor parts required for the maint. of window shutter of the existing aluminium window will be supplied by the contractor for which no extra payment will be made but replacement of necessary major parts which are in item no.-24, 28, 30 or other will be paid separately).

Supplying and fixing of Special Roller/ roller for replacement against defective ones of approved make during repair & maint. of aluminium window which will be required during repairing of sliding windows as per instruction of the MIC.

Supplying and fixing of Aluminium beading of Indal section or Hindal Co. Section for replacement against defective ones of approved make during repair & maint. of floor spring and aluminium door which will be required in item no.21 or elsewhere as per instruction of the MIC.

Supplying and fixing of Rubber beading for aluminium frame/beading for replacement against defective ones of approved make during repair & maint. of floor spring and aluminium door which will be required in item no.21 or elsewhere as per instruction of the MIC.

Supplying and fixing of Air lock rubber as per required size for replacement against defective ones of approved make during repair & maint. of floor spring and aluminium door which will be required in item no.21 or elsewhere as per instruction of the MIC.

Supplying and fixing of Brass bush for connecting rod for replacement against defective ones of approved make during repair & maint. of floor spring and aluminium door which will be required in item no.21 as per instruction of the MIC.

Supplying and fixing of Top pivot for aluminium shutter for replacement against defective ones of approved make during repair & maint. of floor spring and aluminium door which will be required in item no.21 or elsewhere as per instruction of the MIC.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles 150mm for door / maruti handle for sliding window ISI marked, anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as per instruction of MIC

Providing & fixing aluminium hanging floor door twin rubber stopper ISI marked anodised transparent or dyed to required colour and shed,with necessary screws etc. complete.

Stickering of Nalco emblem with good quality sticker of 1sqft size sticker over old/new glass as per instruction of M.I.C.

Providing and fixing in position approved make heavy duty type over head Hydraulic door closer (Hyper/ Godrej or equivalent with double speed adjustment) including all fixtures etc complete.

Providing and fixing of push plate for aluminium door shutter making with 12mm thick good quality ply and sunmica and all round aluminium beading, 150mm width including all bolts,screw and necessary arrangement for fixing the plate to aluminium door/shutter etc complete.

Providing and fixing of sunmica only to push plate with required shade and colour including removing the old one all as per the instruction of M-I-C.(only sunmica, where required)

Cleaning of aluminium door frame and shutter, aluminium partition wall frame and glassess with detergent like colin and T-Pol including all labour and materials complete, with scafolding as per instruction of MIC.

Painting of aluminium false ceiling strips with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture including removing and cleaning the false ceiling strips from ceiling and refixing after painting including scaffolding labour, materials etc. complete as per the instruction of M-I-C.

Supplying & fixing of best quality anodised aluminium partition, door frame of "Indal" or equivalent make using aluminium extruded sections 9221, 9220, 4660 of "Indal" confirming to IS: HE 9 WP or equivalent with panels shall be of size 600mm x 900mm approximately. including glazing beads, aluminium and rubber bead, special gaskets etc. but without glass . Proper anchor shall be made with brick work & RCC works. all complete as per specifications & direction of Manager-in-charge. (Providing & fixing glass will be paid separately)

Same as item No.48 but with power coated aluminium partition 50 micron

Erecting including assembling, fitting and fixing dismantled aluminium framed partition with doors /windows with all fittings & fixtures of door/window, door shutters etc. complete including necessary grouting as per drawing and specification.

Supplying & fixing of best quality glazed aluminium door shutter using Aluminium extruded sections 9628, 9240, 9513 of "Indal" or equivalent confirming to IS:- HE 9 WP. Including aluminium snap beading, clips, gaskets, packings, screwing, panneling aluminium handles, aluminium L-drop, towerbolt, mortice lock etc.complete as per specification and direction of MIC (but without glass and floor spring)

Same as item No. 51 but with powder coated aluminium door shutter 50 micron

Suppling and fixing of best quality powder coated 50 micron glazed aluminium sliding window shutters & frame louvered ventilator using Aluminium extruded sections 4095, 4096, 9778, 4148, 9777 of "Indal" or equivalent confirming to IS:- HE 9 WP including all fittings and fixures like roller,locking arrangement, aluminium snap beading, clips, gaskets, packings, then rubber beading except glass pan and fixed to window with Nylon sleeves and screws etc. all complete including finishing wall with sealant wherever required as per the specification and direction of MIC.

Same as item No.53 but with three track section 4097,4098 of Indal or equivalent.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium grill of size 7.5cm hole with section 7.2x5.2mm fixed with powder coated aluminium frame including all fittings, accessories etc. including dismantling existing damaged grills / shutters etc. if any, all complete as per specification and direction of MIC.

Supplying & fixing of SHREE Brand fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) Translucent sheets 3mm thick includidng using glazing pins & putty complete on BSS-4154:1985/ISS-12866:1989 or its equivalent as per approved quality unbreakable neat resistance etc.

Supplying and fixing of 5mm/6 mm thick clear / coloured glass of good quality for aluminium partition walls, aluminium doors, window of fixed/openable on new work etc complete as per instruction of M-I-C.

Providing & fixing of 12mm thick prelaminated Particle board of approved brand and manufacturer for aluminium partition wall, at any height including all materials, tools, tackles, scaffolding etc. complete as per the instruction of Manager-in-charge.

Supplying & fixing aluminium strips to match the existing ceilings of the Power House areas

Providing & fixing aluminium strips size 25mmx3mm for fixing at dadoos & where required with aluminium screws 40mm loop with PVC fixers after drilling the flat as well as the wall, complete to retain the vinyle-dadoos or the like.

Providing & painting with aluminium paint of approved brand & manufacture at all level & heights, tools & tackles,labour complete as directed by M.I.C. (two or more coats to give an even shade over existing surfaces)

Supplying and installing of unperforated aluminium false ceiling system with recess fillers strips, round edged pannel of size length upto 2.40mxwide 84mm x 15mm deep as per specification including cost of all labour materials complete & all as per instruction of MIC.

Providing & fixing of Gypsum board false ceiling semi perfoarted 12.5mm thick (610x610mm) board fixed to heavy duty aluminium grid work as per manufacturers specifications including cutting holes on walls, ceiling and repair the same after the execution of the work, leave the gaps for light and fan points as required in the ceiling, tools tackles labour etc. all complete as per the specification & direction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of Armstrong acquastic mineral fibre board of size 600x 600x20mm or matching to existing tile including removal of damaged ceilings if any, complete as per direction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of "GYPBOARD" false ceiling using plain board size 1830mm X 1220mm and 12.5mm thick including providing & fixing GI perimetre channel of size 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange 30mm and web 27mm along with perimetre of ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 600mm centres. Then the suspending GI intermediate channel size 45mm, 0.9mm thick with two flanges of 15mm each @ 1220mm centres with ceiling anle width 25x10mmx0.5mm thick fixed to sofit with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners. Ceiling section of 0.5mm thickness having Knerled web of 51.5mm and two flanges of 26mm each which are to be fixed to intermediate channels with the help of connecting clips in perpendicular to the intermediate channels @ 600mm centres. The Gypboard is to be fixed to ceiling section with 25mm dry wall screws & finally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing the topered and square edges of the boards with jointing compound, paper tape and two coats of primer suitable to Gypsum including paper tape and two coats of primer suitable to Gypsum including cutting holes on walls & repair the same after exectuion of work leave the gap for light and fan points as required on the ceiling all as per instruction of MIC.

Painting with acrylic emulsion paint two or more coat of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade as per instruction of MIC.

Supplying & fixing Armstrong acquastic mineral fibre board false ceiling system with Dune Max RH-99 tiles 20mm thick 600x600mm size placed on hook suspension grid system having 32mm web height & 24mm wide tee section(prelude) including main runner to be fixed with 2mm thick pre stretched GI wire from main roof to be fixed at 1200mm C/C and fixing light fixture, speakers, AC grills etc. including dismantling existing damaged ceilings if any, complete as per direction of MIC.

Same as item No.67 but with Ultima Microlook /BEVD.TEG with silhouette grid with web height of 38 mm.

Dismantling of aluminium framed partition with door windows & only for door frame with glass or particle board etc. including all labour tools tackles & keeping of serviceable materials & disposal of unserviceable materials within the plant premises as per instruction of MIC.

Providing & fixing of sun control film of approved brand & manufacture on glass panes etc. complete as per the direction of MIC.

Providing and fixing of best quality vertical blinds(Fabrics) cotton mixed in all heights as per approved design of any colour/shade including all fittings and fixures,labours, tools and tackles and finishing the damage portion of colum/ wall with approved finishing materials etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of MIC.

Removal of used vertical blinds, cleaning properly with specialized fabric cleaning lequid and fix the same as per instruction of MIC.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) hand railing,architectural gate, grill, column and beam made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing & fixing glazing with black/coloured toughened glass 5.50mm thickness in aluminium doors, windows, ventilators shutters & partitions etc. by removing damaged one wherever required as per the direction of MIC ( Aluminium snap beading & gasket / felt shall be paid separatly)

Providing & fixing 12mm thick toughened colour/clear glass of MODIGUARD or SAINTGOBIN for doors & partition including all necessary fixtures and fixing to existing frame (Floor spring & handle should be paid separtly) all complete including cleaning as per instruction of of M-I-C.
