Supply & Installation of concrete test station (Type C) for bonding of two pipelines in complete including 10A/100mA shunt & 1.29Ohm 60 Watt variable resistor must be properly installed with necessary cables as per attached annexure.

Supply & Installation of concrete test station (Type D) for, at both sides of cased road/railway line crossing with uncoated/unpainted casing protection in complete with necessary cables as per attached annexure. (excluding Zn anodes).

Supply & Installation of mild steel test station (Type E). (Excluding State Surge Diverter).

Supply & Installation of State Surge Diverter of rating 100KA (10/350 microseconds) for protection against HV surges. Recommended Make: Dhen/MC Miller

Supply & Installation of epoxy coated mild steel test station (Type M) in complete, at Crossing or parallel running of 66 KV & above HT Line (excluding Solid State Polarization Cell and Zinc Grounding Cell).

Supply & Installation of Solid State Polarization Cell (SSD) of impulse current rating 5KA for 30 cycles & 100KA for 4/10 microseconds for AC interference mitigation. Recommended Make: MCMiller/Kriston/Dairyland/Rustrol

Supply & installation of 10 Kg Zinc Grounding Cells 02 No.s per M-Type test station pre-packed complete with 25 sq.mm armored multistrand PE insulated PVC sheathed 650/1100 V grade copper cable for terminating inside M-Type Test Station. Recommended Make: Shakti/Scientific /Paras/Yuxi/ Vijay Corrosion

Supply & installation of concrete TLP with Magnesium Anodes:- (a) To carry out supply & installation of 2 numbers of high potential sacrificial magnesium anodes with concrete test station for cathodic protection, each of 20 Kg weight with sodium sulphate(5%), Gypsum(75%), Bentonite(20%) backfill at pipeline depth. Maintaining a distance of 5 meters between each anode. (b) Shall have copper busbar for current distribution from anodes to pipeline. (c) Job of supply, laying & termination of 2 numbers magnesium anode tail cables of requisite length, each 6sqmm single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unarmoured copper cable inside the TLP. (d) Job of supply, installation & termination of one number 6 sq.mm PVC insulated, single core, multi stranded, unarmoured copper cable from pipeline metal surface to inside the TLP to facilitate current flow from the 2 numbers of Magnesium anodes to pipeline. (e) Job of supply, installation & termination of one number 6sqmm PVC insulated, unarmoured copper cable from pipeline metal surface to inside TLP to facilitate potential measurement of pipeline.

Supply & installation of Bakelite insulating plate of dimension 100mm x 100mm x 6mm by replacing the damaged Bakelite plate for the TLPs including supply & installation of single brass bolt to be fitted at the middle of Bakelite plate for measuring PSP reading.

Supply & Installation of Anode Junction Box as per attached annexure.

Supply & Installation of Cathode Junction Box. as per attached annexure.

Installation of Transformer Rectifier Unit which includes loading of TRU from AGCL’s storehouse and unloading at the specified site (in the state of Assam) including loading of the replaceable TRU from site and unloading at AGCL’s storehouse and Termination of anode & cathode cables from AJB, CJB to the newly installed TRU as planned by the AGCL’s CP department.
