Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position such as in padding including existing CM plaster and APP membrane over RCC roof slab & removal of rubbish outside the premises complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried upto 2-3 storeyed bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition) in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried upto 2-3 storeyed bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone wall including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnection and refixing in position, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity of tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnection and refixing in position cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity of tank exc 500 & n.exc 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping, clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried upto 2-3 storeyed bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding in roof over and including brushing with neat cement slurry using 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for plateforms/raising of plateforms of water tanks on roof, as in benching/coping, apex stone bed plates, over the level difference in roofs/walls, kerbs etc including all necessary formwork and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering plastering in CM 1:4, on concrete surfaces, with WPC as per the manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement over PCC padding on roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC will be measured & paid seperately.

M&L for applying cold bituminous Primer on plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 kg / sqm as per IS 3384 and laying APP (Atactic polypropylene polymer) modified membrane 3mm thick (weight not less than 3.5 kg / sqm with reinforced non woven polyester mat as core reinforcing media suitably finished with mineral laid on top with 100mm side overlap and 100mm width overlap sealing all round as per manufacturer instruction complete after picking sweeping wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete complete all as specified and directed. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overap sealed and finished neat. Note: Work shall be carried upto 2-3 storeyed bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

Fixing only 15mm bore steel tubing, medium grade, laid in floor or fixed to walls, ceilings etc. with fittings and fixures including cleaning old pipe, cutting, threading complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 20mm bore steel tubing, medium grade, laid in floor or fixed to walls, ceilings etc. with fittings and fixures including cleaning old pipe, cutting, threading etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 25mm bore steel tubing, medium grade, laid in floor or fixed to walls, ceilings etc. with fittings and fixures including cleaning old pipe, cutting, threading etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litre capacity tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, including all fitting such as connection, nipple etc and dismantling the same complete all as specified and directed.

M & L two coats of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint (100% acrylic) over a coat of primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried upto 2-3 storeyed bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

M & L preparation of old existing treatment surfaces on wall and applying one coat of of weather proof acrylic based emulsion paint (100% acrylic) over a coat of primer including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried upto 2-3 storeyed bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

M&L for repairing the edge / corner of chajja / roof projection and similar work by removing of plaster width / girth exceeding 15 cm but n exc 30 cm and making good with 15 cm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried upto 2-3 storeyed bldg, contractor to quote rates accordingly.

Demolition of brickwork or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks, exc. 10 cm thick, in width (with plain and interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete in walls & pillars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick / stone wall, 75mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
