Repair and Maintenance of exhaust fans and ceiling fans at YOL CANTT under AGE E/M of GE (KH) YOL

Taking down ceiling fan of any sweep, any size/make from existing position of any height by disconnecting elect connections and transporting to workshop. Inspection of ceiling fan in presence of JE and Engr-In-Charge charge (or rep of department) after dismentling spares parts. Transporting ceiling fan back from work shop to store yard including hanging/ fixing and connecting up and testing etc complete all as required at site and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L for complete Repair and maintenance of unserviceable ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep at work shop, incl dismantling complete the ceiling fan parts i.e. blades, fan rod, canopy, connection, inspecting serviceability of all the parts, re fixing of serviceable parts after cleaning and replacement of unserviceable parts with company's genuine parts i.e. capacitor, bearing, bushes, shaft, bracket, rubber bush, connecting wire, PVC connector, aluminium clamp for rod, bracket, bush rod, blade and greasing/oiling etc assembling, cleaning and testing of ceiling fan as directed. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts as above shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch 'A' as supply only. (ii) Rewinding of stator will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iii) Painting of ceiling fan shall be measured & paid separately uner relevant item of Sch 'A'. (iv) A register will be maintained by the contractor for record of repair duly signed by JE and Engr-in-Charge & contractor. (v) Cost of minor part i.e. Cotter pin, PVC connector, screws shall be deemed to included in the cost of quoted rate.

Removing of old burnt winding any type, cleaning stator complete for burnt wiring, carbon residue and rewinding of stator winding of any type/any make fan/ any stator design ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep with superior quality super enameled winding copper wire of existing specification, gauge and weight with superior quality insulation for satisfactory functioning in presence of JE/ Engr-In-Charge, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only ball bearing of existing number suitable for ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep of approved makes including necessary greasing complete all as specified and directed. Make : NBC/ SKF/FAG

Supply only gun metal bush of existing size suitable for 1200/ 1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 MFD including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed Make : Usha/ Epcos/ Havells

Supply only down rod 15mm bore, 300mm long fixed one end with mild steel U clamp, nut, lockable bolt, rubber reel, lock pin and other end having threaded/ drilled hole end, suitable nut, bolt, split pin and check nut or aluminium clamp duly white painted suitable for all size and makes of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No. 07 here-in-before but 450mm long

Supply only blade of 1200mm sweep of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) using spray machine painting on the surface of ceiling fan of 1200/ 1400mm sweep (Including blade) complete after preparation of surface i.e cleaning, washing of surfaces filling cavities with filler, cleaning dust and dirt all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only U clamp/ brass bracket assy with rubber reel with nuts, bolt 10mm dia, lock/ split pin, washer suitable for ceiling fan clamp, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only top and bottom canopy of plastic with steel screw suitable for rod for fan of 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of motor of plastic body exhaust fan of 200/250 mm sweep as per sample exist in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge

Supply only ball bearing of exhaust fan suitable for 200 to 380mm sweep as per existing ball bearing including necessary greasing complete all as specified and directed. Make : NBC/ SKF/ Norma/ FAG

S & F in replacement of mounting legs with rubber suitable for any type of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of steel blade suitable for exhuast fan upto 300mm sweep complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of plastic blade complete set suitable for exhuast fan upto 300mm sweep complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of plastic body, suitable for exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep and making necessary connection complete all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix exhaust fan louvers suitable upto 300mm sweep exhuast fan complete with necessary nut, bolt iron work complete.

Supply & fix XPM Jaali at wall opening for exhaust fan of size 300mm/380mm/450mm sweep of suitable size as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only capacitor 1/ 1.80 MFD of exhaust fan as per sample exist in ground including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed Make : Usha/ Epcos/ Havells

M&L for painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black) using spray machine painting on the surface of exhaust fan of size upto 450 mm sweep (including louvers and other parts of exhaust fan) complete after preparation of surface i.e cleaning, washing of surfaces filling cavities with filler, cleaning dust and dirt all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only flexible wire twisted three core of size 0.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable for making connections between ceiling rose and winding complete all as specified and as directed (Make : FINOLEX / HAVELLS/Polycab/KEI )
