Inner diameter of well shall be 6.0 metre. Height of well is approximately 16.0 metre ( from lean water level to 2.0 M above H.F.L. of Pinder river near Paduli Village) and depth of foundation below G. L. is assumed 8.0 M, which is liable to change according to geo-investigation, structural design and site conditions and HFL of river in last 30 year. Height of pump house will be 4.00 m (including space required for Motors, HT Pannels etc.). Atleast six inlets (on different levels/heights) with a common header should be installed at/above intake floor with stainer to tap river water, pipe arrangement for drazzing pump, M. S. girder 350 mm , sluice valves as required, 1.20 metre wide balcony all arround the well shaft above HFL, doors and windows, pump foundations, internal and external electrification work, painting, distempering and snowsem all inside and outside of well, four layer M. S. railing should be on aproach bridge/balcony with hand realing and there should be 1.0 metre wide spiral stair with hand rail from pump house floor to bottom of intake. The rates should be inclusive of river diversion, all excavation required for well and bridge and dewatering etc. The overall height of intake well is taken approximately 20.00 metre from top of raft foundation to pump house roof top, which will change according to conditions mentioned above. For any increase/decrease in these heights/lengths, rates are shouted below.) | 2.00Survey, hydraullic/structural design, drawing, testing of soil bearing capacity, site development, boundry wall (with fencing at top) around MPS and construction of water tight R.C.C. rapid gravity filter treatment plant the design of filter plant has to be done on the CPHEEO manual for water supply and treatment. The filter plant consists of raw water inlet chamber with flow measuring device, pre sedimentation tank (capable to remove all suspended monsoon impurities of river muddy water for removing maximum turbidity up to 1200 NTU), mixing unit, floculation unit, scondary settling tank, chemical house, laboratory wtih office room, hopper bottom settling tanks , rapid sand filter of four equal units with alum doser, bleaching or chlorine mixing doser & back wash arrangements, operation platform, clear water chamber, approved filter media, 0.60 M wide appron and 15 cm PC drain all around all units, gate/sluice valves and their chambers, discharge measurement at inlet and outlet unit,and all other appurtinent works. Including supply and fixing pipe for proper drainage arrangement upto out side the WTP campus, MSERW pipes for connecting the units, electrification and lighting arrangement inside and outside of operating plateform and filter, tiles flooring, double doors and windows in operating room, painting, distempering and snowsem all inside and outside of WTP, three layer M. S. railing should be on stairs, filter all as required or as directed by Engineer in Charge. The work also include inter connecting RCC inspection path way with hand railing to all unit as per site requirment, MS Jaal to protect water from wild animals and debrish, testing of all supplied maiterials. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in hill side cutting or in foundation, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (For all building works works including Site Development, except pipe line trenches)
Confirmatory survey , design, Supply, Carting laying and jointing with welding process with proper grade of electrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe line (ador, L&T for equivalent quality of electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, making necssary conection for pumps and sump cum CWR at MPS & all IPS, fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement by fixing tee and gate valve etc with all appurtenat works with testing of supplied maiterials and completion of work with testing of pipe line etc completed following sizes API 5L Grade- X-56 pipe at site of work. (The contractor have to survey the site, take levels with total station, measure the length of pipe with metallic tape on prescribed alignment and submit the design of rising main/supply main & distribution main for checking of thickness of pipe before ordering for supply of pipe). On completion of work the laid length of pipe will be deemed eligible for supply. The respective amount for quantity of surplus supply of pipes (which remained unlaid or unutilized) will be deducted from final bill and surplus quantity of pipes will be the property of contractor.)
