Supply, installation, testing commissioning and maintenance of the following Medical Gas Pipe Line System conforming to the specification and relevant Indian Standards, the work not any civil and other electrical works the warranty period for the system will be 12 months for the date of handing over same. Note: (i) Demo for training to the medical staff for operating the system will be responsible by the contractor (ii) The comprehensive maintenance for a period of one year from the date of handing over to the user will he held responsible by the contractor and the complaint received the same shall be rectified within 24 hours without any reason (a) OXYGEN (i) control panel semi automatic alongwith Non-return valve, bar line pressure as per standard suitable for 4+4 Oxygen manifold system, complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) 3 + 3 oxygen manifold Make: V-tech/PCL/Amico.

(iii) Surface S bracket assist valve oxygen gas outlet points. Make: Amiko/Varsha/Active

(iv) Oxygen flowmeter 0-15LPM with humidifier bottle. Make: GHL/Varsha/Active

(v) 1 + 1 size emergency supply system for oxygen with regulator (without cylinder) make: V - tech/Amiko/Varsha/Active.

(vi) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Area alarm (3 gas), complete all as specified and as directed make: V-tech/Ingersoll/Ahuwalia.

(b) VACUUM (i) Vacuum System of the IR vacuum pump model 0.1 No with fly wheel, motor slide rails, V-Belts and Motor Pully complete with electricals No.cylinders, two piston displacement 58 CFM (approx) Base Frame with 5 HP motor, Vacuum receiver of 500 liters capacity filters Make:Indoair, Make: INGERSOLLRAND/Ahu Walia/Akash.

(ii) Surface S bracket SS valve vacuum/suction gas outlet points Make: Amiko/Varsha/Active.

(iii) Ward vaccum unit with regulator. Collection jar of 600 Ml with bracket. Make: Hariom/Mehta/Sharma.

(iv) Vacuum HP antistatic rubber tube.

(c) Compressed Air: (i) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of oil free base mounted air compressor of capacity 58CFM, fully automatic mounted with 5HP motor including 500 Ltr Capacity of air receiver tank and electrical connections, complete all as specified. Make: INGERSOLLRANG/Ahuwalia/Anestiwata/INDO AIR.

(ii) Surface S bracket SS valve outlet points Make: Hariom/Mehta/Sharma.

(iii) Air Probe, Make: Prime Medical/SMC/Tridyent

(iv) Air Dryer, Make-Prime Medical/SMC/Tridyent.

Copper pipes: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Medical gas pipe line of grade EW 53348 with imported fitting. Solid drawn, seamless di-oxide, non arsenical, half hard tempered and degressed, manufactured as per the BS 2871 Part I table - X of 1971 or similar ISI standard and chemical MEX flow, complete all as specified and as directed. (a) 15mm to 16 mm OD x 0.9 mm thick.

(b) 12mm OD x 0.9 mm thick.

OXYGEN ALARM AND VALVE SYSTEM: (i) Oxygen alarm with low pressure gauge, Make: Hariom/Mehta/Sharma.

(ii) Floor Isolation Valve 10mm to 12 mm, Make: Hariom/Mehta/Sharma.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum in any type of soil getting out, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 25 mtr and making good of surfaces all as directed.

S & F of 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc., conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality A) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L painting on new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. (20+42)

Hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc, 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base for flooring for hard standing and paving complete all as specified and directed.
