Dismantling of entire 02 cusec/03 cusec pumping unit by way of disconnecting all leads of motor, uncoupling of motor from pump. Dismantling of pump from suction side and delivery side by way of cutting damaged rusted nuts and bolts. Dismatling of base frame from base bolts. Shifting/Dragging 50 HP motor, pump and base frame outside pump house to lower contour and installation of same on new cement concrete block.
Modification/stenghtening to the base frame by way cutting and welding works for resting of MS base frame on concrete block and aligning of prime mover and pump at site
Assembling of 200 mm dia suction line and foot valve and fitting to pumping unit, along steep slope at site by enaging labour, tools and tackles,coupling motor to pump excluding providing and fitting of nuts bolts and washers.
Providing and fitting of 150 mm dia MS pipe min 04mm thick for connecting pump delivery to rising main including fabrication of bends, offsets, flanges (04 no.), as per site requirement .
providing and fitting of 150 mm PN rating 1.6 non rising stem CI double flanged sluice valve conforming to IS-14846 including jointing and testing with cost of jointing material such as nuts, bolts, RI etc complete. Make: Zoloto/Sant/equivalent.
providing and fitting of nut and bolts of assorted sizes
providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints 200 mm
providing of natural rubber gasket for flanged joints 150 mm
Providing and fitting of spare tyre for TC-17 tyre coupling with coupling bolts
