Taking out old unservicable MS air pipe line from trenches /wall/duct/road/nallah/ open area and Supply, laying, jointing including testing of compressed MS air pipe line, heavy duty, class C confirming to IS 7938 laid in trenches/wall/duct/road/nalah with flanged end joints including all fittings such as bends, elbow, tees, short piece, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps plugs and unions etc necessary connection where ever required, for 150 mm bore pipe, complete all as speciefied and directed. Make-TATA/ JINDAL/ PRAKASH SURYA

NOTES: (i) Excavation/earth work will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Unit rate quoted by the tenderer deemed to be include flanged joint including its material required for jointing, wall chases/cutting as required, road cutting and making good as per existing specifications, duct removing, cutting/removal of joint of MS air pipe line and making good as per existing specifications and removing from nallah (foul position). Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for the same.

Taking out unservicable AUDCO valves and Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of 150 mm dia AUDCO valve, CI regular pattern, FL type, for Compressed air pipe lines with and including all new nuts, bolts champion make thicker washer and connected materials, all as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. Make : - AUDCO Cat Part No - MW11/13 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down unserviceable after cooler and supply ,fixing including testing of after cooler tube bundle with shell with flange complete assembly of 2200 mm long 58 No,s material copper of size 3/8 x 21 gauges including all necessary connected fittings such as nut ,bolt ,socket, bend ,union ,gasket etc required at site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of brass nipple 15/20/25 mm bore including all fitting arrangements as required at site and testing the pressure of air, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Repair to leakage of MS air pipe line of size 150 mm to 100 mm dia including welding work, earth work etc and plugging the compressed leakages of any type etc complete all as directed. NOTE : (i) Welding set and any other T & P as required shall be arranged by contractor wihtout any extra cost and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Material i.e Gaskets, Nuts, washers and Bolts (Whereever required) including excavation work etc are included in the unit quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor.

(ii) Material i.e Gaskets, Nuts, washers and Bolts (Whereever required) including excavation work etc are included in the unit quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor.

Material and labour for Repair to leakage of MS air pipe line of size 15 mm to 40 mm dia including welding work, earth work etc and plugging the compressed leakages of any type etc complete all as directed. NOTE : (i) Welding set and any other T & P as required shall be arranged by contractor wihtout any extra cost and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Material i.e Gaskets, Nuts, washers and Bolts (Whereever required) including excavation work etc are included in the unit quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor.

S&F in replacement and testing and calibration of 63mm Glycerine filled, Cl 1.6 range 0 - 10.6 kg/cm Square/psi and connected to BPI Lines with suitable sizes nipple complete all as directed. NOTE: Calibration certificate submitted by contractor from authorised testing authority shall be got verified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Repair, overhauling & servicing of motor and pump of capacity 5 HP of BPI pipe line complete including following activities complete all as directed. (i) Dismentling of existing platform/location by disconnecting electric and fuel connection of pump set (ii) Decoupling pump & motor (iii) Transportation of motor and pump from site to work shop (iv) Opening the body of motor & pump for oiling, greacing (v) Replacement of bearings (vi) Cleaning of startor, slot of both bearing (vii) Replacement of Mechnical seals of pumps, motors (viii) Proper alignment of pump including all necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding works if required for setting of pump & motor (ix) Replacement of rubber coupling (x) Transportation of motor and pump from work shop to site reassembling the same complete to the enire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for opening of SELF priming FUEL PUMP OF BPI from BPI pump house foundtion after disconnecting from fuel line and closing the line with dummy plate with nuts, bolts and dismantling the same for assesing and carring out the follwoing activities complete as directed. (i) Transportationi from site to work shop (ii) Replacemet of unserviceable parts i.e. silica seal, gassket, bushes, nuts, bolts, gear oil, (iii) Servicing of pump complete and making good in running condition including air testing of pump (iv) Transportationi from work shop to site, (v) Reassembling the same on the foundation, testing complete NOTE: - Test results must be kept in record duly signed by all concerned.

Material and labour for Repair to leakage of BPI fuel pipe line of size 50 mm to 100 mm dia including welding work, earth work etc and plugging the fuel leakages of any type etc complete all as directed. NOTE : (i) T & P as required shall be arranged by contractor wihtout any extra cost and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii) Material i.e Gaskets, Nuts, washers and Bolts (Whereever required) including excavation work etc are included in the unit quoted rates and nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor.

Taking out ATF from under ground tanks and filling into other tank as per users requirement with suitable size pump and connected material Lifting of old ATF, cleaning of under ground ATF (Aero Turbine Fuel) storage tank of capacity 25 KL by Opening of cover lid 2 Nos including gasket, nuts and bolts of oil tank capacity 25 KL complete including dismantling of oil inlet and outlet pipe and re-shutting after necessary repair work including replacement of unserviceable foot valve of size 5" , fiber gasket 24"(MECHANICAL GAS KIT) dia champion make of good quility, all nuts and bolts of any size/ type complete . Removing of oil from the basement of the tank with any suitable means (pump etc), de-silting of oil waste/slurry and rusted materials. After complete work ATF to be refilled back in cleaned tank with the help of pump and connected material as per site requiremet, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES- (i) Work Shall be excuted upto entire satisfaction of user. (ii) All the material required for accomplishing the work successfully will be responsibility of the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account. (iii) Inside the ATF tank one person using double mask can work continuously not more than 30 minutes . After 30 minutes replacement of that person is must, so this procesously go on till the completion of work . For emergency oxygen cylinder to be kept as first aid.

Repair and servicing of hanger motorised doors complaints of any nature pertaining to electrical & mechanical problem of hanger motorised door like long travel, all motion motors, control panel, pendent control box, MCB's contactors, steel wire rope, control cable, pushs greacing of rope, loose nut bolts etc rectification of the fault and replacing the unserviceable items as per site requirement including making connection and testing after completion of Job to the entire satisfaction of the user complete all as directed. NOTE: As the labour element is included in the unit rate as such material shall be paid as supply only under following items for any repair required at site.

Supply only steel wire rope multi stranded 6/19 center fiber core, 6 to 8 mm dia. Make :- Usha Martin/MAHADEV or equlvalent

Taking out Hanger Door wheel transport to civil workshop for refacing, regrinding and refixing of the Hanger Door Wheel as per exisiting pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing and Servicing of softening plant complete system. Opening top cover and carrying out for proper servicing and cleaning of dust particle of the softening plants, control assembly parts, softening plant will be serviced by cleaning the tank, water line, salt mixed water line and connected Rusted portion of the softening plant will be cleaned properly by means of rubber scrabber and spray painting will be done on that portion of the equipment and complete system will be serviced properly by authorised person of the same company manufacturer only . Certificate for servicing to be provided by concerned industry enginner for its good functioning . Any parts required for replacement due to its unserviceability will be replaced with new one and rate of the same will be considered in the coated rate, no extra amount will be admissible on this account.After finishing the repair and servicing work of the softening plants two times demonstration will be carried out by the dealer. Date of servicing and due date will be written in paint on front face complete all as specified and directed.

Desilting/ cleaning of sewage storage well of depth 10.00 Mtr and 4.85 Mtr dia taking out sludge in the form of solid manually and getting out and removal to a distance n. exc 500 mtr and burried the same in low laying area as directed.

Repairing and Servicing of small industrial Boiler 850 kg/hr capacity ,10.54 kg/m2 pressure complete system. Opening top cover and taking out the complete assembly from the inside of the boiler by means of tripoid/HOT crane for removing of circulation coil type tube inside the chamber complete for proper and cleaning of dust particle of the boiler, digital/manual control assembly parts, , pressure part assembly,servicing of water pump, booster pump, fuel pump, simplex filter, solenoid valve, steam separator, oil tank etc and connected Rusted portion of the boiler assy will be cleaned properly by means of rubber scrabber and spray painting will be done on that portion of the equipment and complete system will be serviced properly by authorised person of the same company of the boiler manufacturer only, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: As the labour element is included in the unit rate as such material shall be paid as supply only under following items for any repair required at site.

Supply only temparature indicator TC-513 complete all as directed at site.

Supply only steam header with valve complete two nos complete all as directed at site.

Supply only HEAT OPTIMSER complete all as directed at site.

Taking out unservicable steam trap by cutting of MS pipe 15 /20 mm from castic soda tub supply , fixing by welding if any alternation for fixing and testing at steam pressure of BRONZE THERMODYNAMIC STEAM TRAP OF SOZE 15 MM sample as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- ATAM/LEADER/ZOLOTO &EQUVILENT

Supply and fix in replacement of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of three core of size 10 Sqmm in PVC conduit suitable for wiring of pump motor /coolling tower motor connection from LT panel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 meter wide not exc 1.50 meter deep in soft/ loose soil for taking out/ laying pipe line and getting out complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed
