Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed.

Demolition of precast cement concrete blocks and articels in any description and position set in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh fencing of any description in any situation and position any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each not exc 0.5 EACH, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cement concrete tiles in floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick below or above ground level inclcuding removing rubbish, complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Make :- URP Pidiproof of Dr. Fixit or equivalent.

M & L for 100mm thick providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in posts, brackets etc. with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, thratings etc and setting in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing precast cement concrete type B-0 Mix 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers and jallies 30mm thick measured solid including all mouldings but excluding frame etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement conrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling of fencing post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces cement mortar 1:4 mixed WPC finished even, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

S & F for providing precast PCC blocks or kerb stone built in PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and fixing in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone work for walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 300mm x 300mm/400mmx400mm x 10-11mm thick paving tiles anti skid in paths/road etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement white cement mixed with suitable pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finished surfaces even and fair for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for wall tiles (Elevation/cladding tiles)10 to 11mm thick of size 300mmx600mm fixed on vertical surfaces over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) betal jointed in neat cement slurry & painted in colour/ white coat mixed with suitable pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation on new surfaces on concrete surfaces (Kerb stone painting), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old stone, concrete surfaces (Kerb Stone painting) of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of any tint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and painting to steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces and painting to steel surfaces of any description not exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work such as hung gate including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts, hold fast etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron fixed independently without connecting plates in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting and similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 5 to 10mm dia hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square but n. exc. 5cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, support and straining bolts etc. incluidng provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of MS galvanised wire mesh of any size and dia of GI wire made upto including mattresses or eages, lapped, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 10mm dia mild steel round bars (straight or cambered) bearing bars or similar items such as bars for tightening of chain link fencing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying 60mm thickness machine pressed decorative precast concrete glazed coloured interlocking paver block with any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 M-35 grade grey cement and pigment over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in repairs speed bumps made from sturdy plastic with high resistance to severe impacts and harsh weather conditions, dovetail interlocking subunits having high resistance wear & tear property. Studded with reflectors on either side for clear visibility to motorist during night hours with of 2" height for speed restriction UV stablized black & yellow combination, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark Eye Model No. DA 1001 or equivalent.

M & L Keyed Pointing to random rubble masonary uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortat 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over sand stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds & joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
