Provision of FOB at Kayamkulam Rly station under ABSS - Electrical arrangement

I-Electrical arrangement

Transportation & Clamping of LTUG cable 4 core x 70 sq.mm along PF 1 shelter/FOB/Cable tray etc complete with 25 x 3 mm GI fixing hardware including termination on looping boxes/Kiyosk/ switch room. (Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by railway. Loaidng and un-loading operation has to be arranged by contractor)

Supply & laying of HDPE pipe of 75 mm dia, pressure rating up to 4 PN (Material 2 grade PE 63) conforming to IS 4984 /1995 in the excavated cable trench /Existing trench/duct and threading of LTUG cable and termination at either ends with suitable size heat shrinkable sleeve (Cable will be supplied free, departmentally at TVC and transportation will be provided by railway. Loading and un-loading operation has to be arranged by contractor).

Supply & Threading of LTUG cable of 4 core x 35 sq.mm through HDPE Pipe 50 mm dia pressure rating up to 4 PN (Material grade PE 63) as per IS 4984/1995,and laying the same in the 3 excavated cable trench/existing trench. The cable should be with heat resisting insulation suitable for rated voltage at 1100 volts grade and conforming to IS: 7098 Part-1 1988 with amendment number 1 and 2 and 3 Reaffirmed 2005. Acceptable make of cables: KEI, V-Guard, POLYCAB, AVO CAB, FINOLEX, HAVELS, RR KABEL, TORRENT, KEC(RPG), CCI, APAR. Termination of cable shall be done with suitable size heat shrinkable sleeve

Supply of LTUG cable of 4 core x 35 sq.mm & clamping along building wall/PF shelter/FOB etc complete with suitable fixing hardware and termination in a standard manner as 4 required at site. The cable should be with heat resisting insulation suitable for rated voltage at 1100 volts grade and conforming to IS: 7098 Part-1 1988 with amendment number 1 and 2 and 3 Reaffirmed 2005. Acceptable make of cables: KEI, V-Guard, POLYCAB, AVO CAB,FINOLEX, HAVELS, RR CABLES, TORRENT, KEC(RPG), CCI Termination of cable shall be done with suitable size heat shrinkable sleeve

Supply And fixing of cable gland suitable for LTUG cable 4 core x 70 sq.mm and termination using aluminium socket duly crimped with suitable size heat shrinkable sleeve.

Supply And fixing of cable gland suitable for LTUG cable 4 core x 35 Sq.mm and termination using aluminium socket duly crimped with suitable size heat shrinkable sleeve.

Supply and fixing and commissioning of IS/IEC certified 1 No. 125 A 25 KA 4P MCCB in existing supply bunk

Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 1.0 m deep (preferably) in ordinary soil, back filling of the excavated cable trench (After laying of cables) , ramming & consolidation properly

Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 0.1 m deep (up to the depth of tarr/concrete) in tarred/concreted surface back filling of the excavated cable trench After laying of cables), ramming & consolidation properly.

Concreting the top portion of the cable trench excavated in tarred/concreted surface to a depth of 10.0 cm, using 1:2:4 mix with M sand

Fabrication painting (one coat of red oxide and two coat of black enamel), supply and 11 fixing of 400mm width cable tray made out of 40x40x6mm L angle on both sides and 2Nos.of 25x6mm flat at an interval of 400-600mm with proper fixing arrangements at wall /PF shelter etc. as per site condition

Supply & fixing of 16 SWG GI hot dip perforated cable tray of size width 150 mm& height 50 mm with suitable fixing arrangements in the FOB /PF shelter.

Manufacture, supply and fixing of looping box of approximate size of 600X450X300 13 mm fabricated using 14 SWG CRCA sheet powder coated with hinged cover and locking arrangements and fitted with(1) 1 No. 100 A MCCB 25 KA (2) 4 Nos 40 x 6 mm copper bus bar of approximate length 250 mm each having opening at bottom for 2 Nos. of cable glands suitable for 4 core 70 sqmm XLPE cable

Supply & drawing of PVC insulated FRLS copper cable of 10.0sq.mm four runs & 10 sq mm one run as earth wire conforming to IS 694, through PVC conduit mentioned including termination in a standard manner as required at site (termination box to Lift & Esc control DB)

Supply & fixing/concealing of ivory colour ISI marked PVC pipe 32 mm dia x 2/2.5 mm thick conforming to IS 9537 (PART-3), in a open manner complete with bend, Ts, etc with fixing hardware (Clamping to be done at a spacing not more than 75 cm on the building wall/roof)

Supply, erection testing and commissioning of MCB Distribution Board, 12 way IP-43 16 protected, CRCA sheet enclosure powder coated with suitable internal wiring to incorporate the following accessories (1) One No. 63 A 4P MCB (2) One No. 63 A 4P RCCB 100 mA (3) One No 25 A DP MCB (4) One No. 25 A 30 mA RCCB in a concealed/open manner as required at site ( for Lifts & Escalator)

Supply and Wiring to fan & light points by using 3 runs of 1.5 Sq.mm copper cable ( in RGB color code , 3 runs of 1.5 sq.mm cable will count as 1 meter length) through existing PVC pipe in standard manner.(PF/FOB shelter wiring)

Supply &fixing/concealing of ivory colour ISI marked PVC pipe 19/20mm dia x 1.4 mm 18 thick conforming to IS 9537 (PART-3), in a open manner complete with bend, Ts, etc with fixing hardware (Clamping to be done at a spacing not more than 75 cm on building wall where ever applicable)

Supply and fixing of polycarbonate box similar to Hensal model No.Mi 0600/0601 in the PF shelter for cable termination with 25x3mm , (approximate length 200mm) copper bus bar-4 Nos, SP MCB 2-4 A rating -10Nos.with all internal wirings complete by using 2.5sqmm copper wire

Fabrication, supply and fixing of 16 SWG MS painted sheet steel box of size 150 x 100 x 53 mm with 3.0 mm thick phynolic laminated sheet top and fitted with 1 No. ceiling rose, 1 No. 5 A flush type fuse unit completely pre-wired

Supply & fixing of 18 watts LED battern similar to Crompton model No. 1GP161LT8-16 21 or Bajaj Cat No. BLRB-DB118 with tube light similar to Bajaj BLRB18wCW LED or Crompton LTT8-16, wall mounting tube light complete with integral driver unit complete (detachable tube type) including extension of supply connection by PVC insulated copper cable with replacement warranty period of 5 years

Supply and laying of 8 SWG GI wire and termination on either end as required at site

Supply and laying/fixing of GI earth strip of size 25X3 mm and termination as required at site

Provision of earthing arrangements as per drg No.V/E.G. 362 and connecting with earthing terminals by means of 2 runs of 6 SWG G.I wire
