Taking down carefully transformer any capacity(63-315 KVA), any make,any type from pole/plinth by dismantling, disconnecting HT & LT sides, earthing of transformer, supporting angles/cross arms, for repair, opening of top cover, replacing of all joint/types of gaskets HV/LV side(Top,Fins,Conservator tank, HV cable box, LV cable box, radiator etc), HV/LV oil plug, oil filling plug, and reassembling the same after repairs, installing, recommissioning, the transformer at its original place, connecting up HT & LT sides, earthing and supporting angles/cross arms etc and testing & preparing report as per the format attached as appendix and maintaining proper record all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: (i) Spares(other than mentioned above) used will measured and paid saparately the rates quoted shall include labour component. (ii) Once the transformer is taken for repairs, the complete gasket and other jobs mentioned above to be completed irrespective of area/portion of fault. The contractor shall remain responsible for proper functioning of transformer and any kind of leakage after repair for one year and will reattend the repair without any extra cost. Only registered/authoriesd transformer reparing team will be allowed to carryout repairs.

Proper job card and replaced parts along with proper bill and test report of turns ratio and other parameters of winding to be produced before payment. (ii) Rates of filtering and top up of oil is considered in replacement of coil if carried out at workshop. No extra payment will be done. The transformer should be functional in all repect from workshop iteself.

M&L Shifting of the any make of transformer rating up to 315 KVA mounted on plinth/pole from existing location to new location and existing transformer vice versa, including removing and reconnections of HT/LT side, jumper / cable connection, control cable connection of both transformers including testing and commission complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of necessary crane / vehicle charges for shifting and installation of the transformer.

S&F Service position indication lamp suitabe for fixing on VCB complete as in repairs all as specified

Dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by using mobile dehydration & filteration plant, heating and filtering the oil to be carried out till the di-electric strength reaches value 40 KV or above in one minute, for any capcacity of transformer (63-315 KVA)/starter of pumps of any type & any capacity. Note: Samples of before filtration and after filtration to be procured by contaractor in different bottels for each transformer to show the difference between the dielectric strength duly labelled on bottle. Proper standard report to be produced before payment. Offline filtration to be done. Generator for filtration plant to be brought by the contractor.

M & L Topping up/replacement of transformer oil of transformer chamber and conservator with new transformer oil upto a required level of 50 KV di-electric strength to withstand for one minute in any type and capacity of transformer all as directed by Engr-In-Charge Make: SERVO/POWER OIL.

M & L Scrapping/cleaning of outer surfaces of transformer and spray painting with two coats of best qualitiy sythetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete including writing of MES No.(stencil cut) in fluroscent yellow colour all as directed by Engr-In-Charge from 63 KVA to 315 KVA capacity transformer of any make and size at plinth mounted or pole mounted on site. Note: The painting work will be redone without any extra cost if the required finishing as per Engr-In-Charge/JE incharge is not achived

M&L Painting to HT poles of OH lines and HT Four poles/two poles and single pole structure complete with cross arms any height and any description thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic aluminum paint including marking of pole No and apply three indigo strip and two white strip on poles :-

S&F TC Healthy indication lamp suitabe for fixing on VCBcomplete as in repairs all as specified

Cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth for cleaning out the area around transformer installations and four pole structure yards at ground level by cutting out roots, un wanted plants bushes and removal of the same by surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep average 15 cm complete.

Maintenance of earthings of installations like cleaning of earth pits, treatment of earthing by pouring salt water, replacement of perished wire mesh, unserviceable funnel and repair works like patch works to the PCC chambers and RCC cover with cement mortar 1 : 4 all as directed.

Restreching/Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on LT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) The distance between pole to pole in RM (contains 2/4/6 runs) i.e one span will only be considered for payment purpose. (ii) Extra aluminium conductor required for jumpers and binding purpose is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (iii) Trimming of tree branches upto 1.50 Mtrs distance around conductor is included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F Power factor meter suitably fixed on VCB complete as in repairs all as specified

Cutting and trimming trees branches any girth and any size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr length both side of OH line with in a span of 35-50 mtrs each disposing the same, clearing the site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out HT/LT UG cable laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/surface and relaying/rerouting the same cable shall laid in underground/trench/cable duct/tunnel/ surface as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Taking out & relaying of bricks/PCC covers shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cable route indicator for HT UG Cable of 11000 Volts bolted with 40 x 6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtr, and 80 mm dia CI plate embedded in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of HT VCB trolley 11 KV 400 Amps of any make and type from existing site, opening/drawing out the VCB trolley after switching off electric supply, Testing and maintenance of VCB pannels installed in Main Receiving Stn and Power house near Airmen Md Accn which shall include the following work :- Note : (i) Checking of all mechanical/electrical control system for proper functioning,spring charging system, VT & PT Assembly, tripping system, indication system, vaccum interruptur, cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contacts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing complete. (ii)Contact Resistance (RYB) and Auxiliary Supply voltage of closing coil, tripping coil, Motor (iii) Timing Test of closing time and opening time. IR value with 5 KV megger Before and after HV (iv) Checking of PT & CT which shall include ratio test and healthiness of the HT and LT fuses and associate circuiting. (v) Breaker testing which inclueds :- (i) Insulation resistance. (ii) Pick up and drop of operating coils. (iii)To check IR Values(CT)(iv) To carryout Polarity test.(CT) (v) To check Knee point voltage / measurement in case of class PS CT

(vi) Servicing of HT, 11 KV, VCB, 400 Amps capacity, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 50 KA by drawing out from and moving contacts for smooth funcitoning including replacement of tripping and closing coils, 30 volts, DC and servicing of solenoid switch all as specified and as directed. (vii) Removing the unserviceable and supply and fixing new HT volt meter 11KV/11V 0 to 15 making it functional in all aspect and HT ampere meter 200/100/5 at main incoming of MAP power house. (viii) Removing the burnt out fixed contact assembly from the HT, VCB, 11 KV, 400 Amps of Areva Make supply and fix contact assembly of copper strip all as specified and directed. (ix) To carryout HV (AC ) Test in open & close condition with suitable HV Kit for both 11 KV VCBs. (x) To check contact resistance (by millivolt drop test or with micro Ohm meter) Note: (i) Servicing of VCB to be done by authorised dealer/ servicing partner of Schnider(Areva/Alstom) and Siemens only and proper bill to be submitted which will be responsibility of the contractor.Strictly No any other unauthorised servicing team/people will be allowed to carry out servicing. (ii) Spare damaged parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Note for above item No 66 & 67 1.Servicing of VCB to be done by authorised dealer/ servicing partner of Schnider(Areva/Alstom) and Siemens only and proper bill to be submitted which will be responsibility of the contractor 2 Test report also to be produced by contractor strictly. 3. No any other unauthorised servicing team/people will be allowed to carry out servicing.
