SUB-HEAD A - CHILLER
Supply, Positioning, Starting, Testing & Commsioning of AHRI / Eurovent certified Water Cooled VFD Screw Chiller package of capacity stated below and suitable for HFC 134A having single/multiple compressor of equal capacity of screw type (semi/hermetic type) complete with suction and discharge shutoff valves and with veriable speed drive, HP/LP cutouts, oil pressure failure switch, gague panel, cranckcase heater, automatic capacity control, microprocessor based control for chiller control, water cooled condencer, DX/Flooded chiller, with multiple circuits, control such as thermostatic expension valve, cooling thermostat, antifreeze thermostat, water pressure/flow switch, refrigerant pipes and fittings, strainer, sight glass isolating valves, rubber bellows all mounted on MS baseplate. Motor shall be suitable for 415V ±10%, 50 Hz ± 5%, 3-Ph AC supply. Variable speed drive shall have suitable harmonic filter. Operating conditions are furnished below:

SUB-HEAD B - COOLING TOWER
Supply, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of FRP Cooling Tower having following heat rejection capacity with FRP water basin, PVC fillings with integral louvers and drift eliminators complete with hot water basin either filled with spray nozzles or having self rotating sprinklers, statically and dynamically balanced axial flow type fan-direct driven or driven through reduction gear box with three phase, 415 ± 10% volts, 50 Hz. TEFC induction motor, suction screen, make up-quick fill arrangement, overflow and drain connections with necessary valves and suitable inspection ladder, access arrangement for cooling tower interior, steel / mesonary supporting structure, anti-vibration mountings etc. complete as per specifications and as required. Each Cooling Tower Electrical part shall have IP65, all weather proof, isolator with lockable arrangement. The Cooling Tower shall be Treated with Anit Corrosive Treatment , so as to give in duty life of minium 8 years

The Pump / Motor shall confirm to IE2 Standard(minimum) and 81.4% Efficiency (overall pumping system). 150 mm dia dial type pressure gauges for inlet & outlet, mounted on common MS base plate, complete as per specifications etc. as required. The pump shall have IP55, all weather proof, isolator with lockable arrangement. Each pump shall have Variable Frequency Drive, with IP_-54 panel enclosure and having a bypass mode. The VFD shall comply with IEEE-519 and having built-in input chokes, for harmonic supression on current (THID) less than 30% to 35% only, and voltage harmonic (THVD) less than 5%. This indicated harmonics shall be at drive input side. The drive shall be having open protocole connectivity (Modbus / Bacnet / N2 / FLN).

2-WAY MIXING VALVE WITH ACTUATOR, LINKAGE & THERMOSTAT The two way modulating valves shall be provided in chilled water line to the cooling coil of Air- handlers which is actuated by a proportionate thermostat. Panel shall be modbus ethernet ready with RS485 - Ethernet Converter (Minimum 2 nos.), Ethernet Switch and there should be one RJ45 / Ethernet Output from the panel to communicate over Modbus TCP/IP and from Remote SCADA (Existing) including inter connection, control wiring etc as required with FRLS Cu cable.
All the releases of ACB & Communicable Meters should be connected in Daisy Chained through Communication Cable (By 3 Core Shielded Communication Cable for RS485 Port). Two separate Daisy Chain connection for ACBs and Communicable Meters. [1] ACB/MCCB shall be communicable on Ethernet (Modbus TCP/IP) for Metering & Control and Trip history communication. [2] It shall be possible to view metering and control Breakers through local Computers/Laptop. Terms and condition
The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.
Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year
