Taking down ceiling fan any sweep, any make/model of any capacity from existing position and safety checking of the same and removing its allied spare parts such as down rod, nuts & bolts, washers and clamps etc and refixing the same fan in its original position after checking and replacement of all unserviceable/defective parts such as rubber bushes, clamps, cotter pins, down rod, PVC wire connector and nuts & bolts, fasterner D-hook etc with new one complete including connection with three core copper wire of 1.5 Sqmm duly securing with and including the help of PVC flexible pipe of required length and size complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant item here-in-below. (ii) Unit quoted rate deemed to be included connection of fan with flexible three core copper wire of 1.5 Sqmm. (iii) Unit quoted rate deemed to be included testing of the fan after fixing and necessary certificate as in required format or at audit checklist sheet for each fan duly signed by the resident user shall be submitted by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (iv) Unit quoted rate deemed to be included cutting of false ceiling (if any) to facilitate taking down and refixing of fan at location and making good the same as per the existing specifications after refixing of fan)

Supply only Mild steel shackle and clamps of thickness not less than 3mm including rubber bush, tempered anodized bolt and nuts (half threaded nuts and necessary holes for holding split pin), split pin and washers as per IS Specifications having and suitable hanging ceiling fan any make/model and any sweep with standard design and specifications complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only Mild Steel Powder Coated down rod of 15mm bore with outer dia 21.5mm, heavy duty and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only Mild Steel Powder Coated down rod of 15mm bore with outer dia 21.5mm, heavy duty and 450mm long complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only Mild Steel Powder Coated down rod of 15mm bore with outer dia 21.5mm, heavy duty and 600mm long complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only PVC clamp for Capacitor having 3 way Dual Row H type wire connector white in colour suitable for fixing in ceiling fan any make/model and sweep with standard design and specifications complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only Tempered anodised Mild Steel fan bolt with Hex Nuts, spring washers and cotter pin suitable for fixing in ceiling fan of any make/model and any sweep with standard design and specification complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only PVC canopy suitable for ceiling fan of any make/model and any sweep, brown/black in colour including all necessary fixing/mounting accessories such as clamp and screws etc as required complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only Rust Proof Aluminium Alloy, powder coated blades suitable for 1200mm sweep ceiling fan with standard design and shape complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only Rust Proof Aluminium Alloy, powder coated blades suitable for 1400mm sweep ceiling fan with standard design and shape complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only Three core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, FRLS copper flexible conductor cable, 1100 vols grade ISI marked of size 1.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 15mm dia PVC flexible pipe for securing of connection cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Mild Steel D-Hook with 2 Nos M10x75mm expansion fastener hanger (heavy duty) fixed to ceiling including making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed and as directed

M & L for Writing letters to ceiling fan for Serial Numbering in pattern such as "MES/VIZ/XXXXX/2023" on the head of the ceiling fan of any make/model and sweep by using super enameled paint (1st quality) of approved colour and size of the letter should not be less than 15mm in height with bold font complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Labour only for proper checking of earth continuity to each and every light/fan/socket/Geyser point/ AC points of building location as directed by the Engr-in-Charge and any major voltage difference found (if any) in between neutral and earth wire than provide and drawing in surface/concealed in PVC conduit etc with 1.5/2.5/4 Sqmm multistranded, FRLS, PVC insulated, unseathed, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt Grade as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed and as directed. (Note: (i) Copper conductor cables of any size shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in-below as "Supply Only" (ii) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included providing all necessary T & P such as Multimeter/Clamp Meter, Screw driver set and phase tester etc as required as per the site Conditions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.)

Supply only 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded, FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts Grade, ISI marked for earth continuity conductor as per colour code complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only 2.5 Sqmm single core multistranded, FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts Grade, ISI marked for earth continuity conductor as per colour code complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Supply only 4 Sqmm single core multistranded, FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts Grade, ISI marked for earth continuity conductor as per colour code complete all as specified and directed and as directed

Labour only for checking/testing of earth resistance value by earth testing megger duly calibrated at building earth pit at required locations under AOR of GE (NB) (V) and maintaining a proper record duly signed by the Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed and as directed. (Note: (i) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included providing all necessary T & P such as Earth Megger, Screw driver set/wrench set and file/sand paper etc as required as per the site Conditions and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.)
