Demolishing brick work In cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of pipes within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:6(1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply and all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Providing and fixing 25 mm nominal bore, 152 mm long, weighing not less than 440 gms PTMT Ball cock of approved quality, colour and make complete with Epoxy coated aluminium rod with L.P./ H.P.H.D. plastic ball.

Making connection of CPVC distribution branch with CPVC main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting, threading and pasting the pipe etc. complete as per direction and approval of Engineer's - in - charge : 25 mm to 50 mm nominal bore size.

Providing and fixing ball valve (CPVC) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with all complete as per direction and approval of Engineer's - in - charge.
