M & L for PCC , 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC nominal mix 1:2:4 type B-1(20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and similar, rough finished surface of concrete and shape square, rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (Type C1, 1 : 3 : 6 with 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1 : 6, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new seel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mix with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Water proofing coumpound shall be measured and paid separately

M & L for prepation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over and including a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm Dia and over cut to Length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns with an incl MS wire (annealed not less than .90 mm Dia) or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto~ all as per item No 15 above but 5 mm Dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including sperading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 metres depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bar shoulder & or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from concrete or masonary and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.
