PART-I:- Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or RCC hume pipes) 150mm dia bore including PCC packing under hunching against the sides of bed and complete PCC of bed all and removal of demolished materials from the site to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe 150mm, including testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5 type D-2 nominal mix using 40mm graded aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for dia of pipe 150mm, all as specified. Note:- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work. (ii) For width and depth of PCC bed - refer preamble (a) (i) (ii) on page 356 of SSR Pt-II). (iii) Haunching shall be as per MES SSR-part-I/Part-II

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling PVC/CI drain pipes, 75mm to 110mm dia bore fixed in walls, laid in floors or in trenches or in any position including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenchs/fixed on walls of bore 110mm including fixing adjustable clamps, complete, all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenchs/fixed on walls of bore 75mm including fixing adjustable clamps, complete, all as specified.

Stack clamps for 100/75mm dia of PVC pipes made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof, complete all as specified and directed.

100mm bore Cast iron Branch pieces, single Y (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches in repair, complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal, 110mm bore, provided with oval access door and fixed in repair, all as specified.

PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal, 75mm bore, provided with oval access door and fixed in repair, all as specified.

PVC (SWR) bends any radius, 110mm bore with ovel access door fixed in repairs, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 metre wide & n exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan n exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-7.5, nominal mix, D-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Demolition of stones or brick masonry or block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc.complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with fly ash bricks, old size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Sqcm, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (10mm thick first layer and 5mm thick second layer) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered or previously undecorated wall surfaces including preparation of surface, tint and shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-0 using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description in any position complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 Km, all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) but in landings, cover slabs (for man holes/soakage well etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in cement mortar (1:6) (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved). (ii) Reinforcement if any shall be measured and paid separately.

TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in stirrups, spacers and binders, all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material not exc. 1.5 km and n.exc 5 km and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10 nominal mix, type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drains all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds etc. all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in two layers (first layer 10mm thick and second layer of 5mm thick) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on other than fair faces of brick wall/stone wall surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Walling random rubble masonry with best quality locally available stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), all as specified. Note: Locally available slate stone shall not be used.

All as per item No. 36 above but except stone.

PVC pipe 110mm internal dia as in weep holes in retaining walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over area as, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Water profing treatement of sunken portion/water tank padding using high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrene as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the memberane shall be 1.5mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50% laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50 50gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.2 kg per sqm and suface preparation including cleaning of existing treatement complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in two layers (5mm thick first layers and 5mm thick 2nd layer) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified. Note:- WPC shall be included in quoted rates.

Plain cement concrete M-5, nominal mix, E-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in sunken floors, complete all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 32mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, as in spout of sunken floor complete, all as specified and directed.

Vitreous Chinaware squatting pan, ‘Orrisa pattern’ size 580 mm x 440 mm, crystal white, with PVC ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet, integral foot rest with provision of plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified, including anti-syphonage pipe, fixed in repairs complete, all as specified.

Vitreous China wash down water closet (pedestal pattern), coloured including traps, connection to drain or outgoing pipe, flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe complete including fittings, PVC coloured seat cover and chromium plated jet including 15mm dia PVC connection 600mm with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washers at both ends, fixed complete ,including PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity low level with inlet, ball valve, float and handle with brackets with including 32mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, dia of outlet 75mm, and fixed in repairs, all as specified.

Supply and fixed in repair PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern 10 litres capacity low level with inlet, ball valve, float and handle with brackets including 32mm dia PVC long bend flush pipe 90cm long and 15mm dia PVC connection 600mm with CP brass coupling nuts and PVC washers at both ends, fixed in repairs, complete, all as specified.

Mat finish joint less (non skid), Premium class I grade, coloured, ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm, in floors and the like, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete, all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 51 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 50 shall be used).

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No 54 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 53 shall be used).

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 25mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor/ sunken floor spout complete, all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene three layered water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity (Cylinderical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including PVC float brass ball valve 20mm dia with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/PVC storage tank, all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC/ferro cement/MS tanks capacity upto 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs cleaning and removing of sludge, scale mud etc from wall and floor of tank by rubbing with brushes, cleaning with caustic soda etc complete and finally washing with fresh water, including removing sludge, scale mud etc. reconnecting and refixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in path/paving/hard standing and finishing the surface broom finish without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Chequered cement concrete tiles machine pressed of size 20cmx20cmx 25mm thick with grey cement, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry mixed with grey pigment to match the shade of the slab in floors laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushion, joints of tiles filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete all as specified and directed.
