Replacing old incoming cables and DBs of quarters to accommodate the demand Phase 1

WIRING

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

4 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

MCCB, MCB & DB'S

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

4 way (4 + 12), Double door

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

12 way (4 + 36), Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing single pole blanking plate in the existing MCB DB complete etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, following pole, 415 V, C curve MCB suitable for inductive load in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

EARTHING

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

MV CABLE LAYING

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

MV CABLE JOINTING & END TERMINATION

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

MV OVER HEAD LINE WORK

Supplying and fixing of light class G.I. pipe of 100 mm dia. (nominal) 3 metres length along the pole for protection of under ground cable as required.

MISC.CIVIL ITEMS

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

LABOUR

Removing following items, handing over to EMU store safely as required.

2C,4C,3.5C armoured Al/Cu Cable of size less than 35 Sqmm etc. as required

SPN DB of any size including wires, DB, clamps etc. as required

Removing of Meter box of any size surface/recessed including wires, meter, DB, clamps etc. as required and handing over to the store/yard.

Dismantling of Panel

Dismantling of Panel board of approx. size 1000X700X300 mm including disconnecting cable removing DB's MCB's MCCB's etc, dimolishing plinth, transporting the panel to scrap yard inside the campus etc. as required

Supply of following size PVC/ XLPE Aluminium Armoured Cable, 650/1100V. Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Pt-1)1988

PANEL BOARD AND ACCESSORIES

Supply and fixing of following rating Energy meter tested and certified by Kerala Electrical inspectorate Including necessory arrangements for fixing on exixsting Meter box etc. as required.

Fabrication supply and fixing Panel board

Fabrication, Supplying and fixing of outdoor, cubical type water proof box (120 x 70 x 30) or nearest size with suitable clearance for fixing the DB, with rain cap at the top, made out of 2 mm thick M.S sheet, powder coated in suitable colour over a coat of primer with provision for fixing 3 phase 12 way 8+36 MCB DB Vertical type with sufficient clearance detachable gland plate at bottom, having single door with lockable knob, providing danger notice board on the front door, fixing using suitable size bolts on plinth, including the charges for civil works for making plinth of suitable size etc, as required. including suitable size Copper earth benchfor in and out earth termination as instructed by engineer incharge

Design, manufacturing, testing at works and supply of Three Phase Meter Box. The Meter Box shall be made out of powder coated CRCA M.S. (minimum 2mm thick) Sheet for use in electrical distribution system in Kerala. The system shall be AC three phase, four wires, 415 V, 50 Hz with effectively grounded neutral. The Meter Box shall be suitable for housing LT AC Three Phase, Four Wire, 63 Amp AMR Compatible Static TOD Tri-Vector Energy meter and 4P MCB/isolator in indoor as well as outdoor applications.Minimum diametion for the meter box is 500X400X200 mm^3, with slop roof and viewing window of approximate size 200X120 sqmm made with toughened glass. including 8 hole Copper earth bench of size minimum length : 200mm, Width: 25 mm, Thickness: 4 mm
