Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubicle type LT panel suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalised design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having min. 500 Amps capacity, extensible type TPN aluminium alloy busbars of high conductivity, DMC/SMC busbar supports with short circuit withstand capacity of 31MVA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, lifting hooks, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bars to switch gears with required size of aluminium bus bars and control wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half i/c providing following switchgears, transporting from factory to site, unloading, leading etc as reqd.

SUB HEAD:B:Package AC Panel

Wiring for light point/ fan point exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch, modular plate suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required

Supply and fixing of following sizes of medium PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Biometric Finger Print Reader: Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of IP based Biometric finger reader cum controller having inbuilt smartcard readers with pin pad complete power supply unit etc. as per the detailed technical specification attached. The reader log data should be transferred to server on real time basis. The reader should be capable of both enrolment purpose and access control purpose with minimum 500 users capacity. The access controller is to be integrated with the fire alarm system for operation.
