SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I S&F stainless steel kitchen plate rack of size 600x750x250mm (nearest higher size) hoisted & fixed in position with drills, PVC rawals plugs & chromium plated screws all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Make: Blue Star, Nirali, Prayag or as approved by GE.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, un-coursed, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quion blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, coping, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L raised pointing to random rubble stone masonry,un-courses or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated any type of soil to a distance exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 100 m and depositing where directed, at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 50mm bore low density polyethylene pipe LDPE of pressure rating 6 Kg/sqcm for the purpose of wheep holes complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling(Granite or trap stone) for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from a straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc exceeding 20mm and dressing to face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling un-courses or brought upto coarse complete all as specified and directed.

M&L hand packing with broken stone or boulders (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc,and raising ( or lowering ) torequired level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate (for wheep holes) complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II M&L air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed

M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

M&L aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I., (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m GI for protection of earth strip & (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.
