REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN EXHAUST FAN GEYSERS FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND

Taking down ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep, exhaust fan(300/380mm sweep), air circulator(400mm sweep) and pedestal fan(400mm sweep) by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacement of bush, bearing, condenser as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :(i) Bush, bearing shall be measured as supply only and paid separately and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in the item.

All as per Item No.1 here-in-before but ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep exhaust fan(400/450mm sweep), air circulator(450mm sweep) and pedestal fan(450mm sweep)

M&L for painting of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid against item no 1 above)

M&L for painting of ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid against item no 2 above)

M&L for painting of exhaust fan/pedestal fan/air circulator any sweep by scraping/removing old paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint including marking of MES number complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Taking down and refixing of exhaust fan/pedestal fan/air circulator shall be measured and paid against item no 1 above)

Taking down/ dismantling complete ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :-(a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and re-assembling complete ceiling fan including fixing only old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :-(i) Ball bearing and Gun metal bush shall be measured as supply only and paid separately and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in the item (ii)Taking down and refixing of ceiling fan/exhaust fan/air circulator shall be measured and paid against item no 1 above)

All as per Item No.6 here-in-before but ceiling fan of 1400 mm sweep .

All as per Item No.6 here-in-before but exhaust fan of 300/380 mm sweep .

All as per Item No.6 here-in-before but exhaust fan of 400/450 mm sweep .

Repairs to ceiling fan (Old model) of size 1200/1400mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, rotor winding ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs :-(a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufactures design and directed and re-assembling complete ceiling fan including fixing only old/new spare parts (i.e.) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F for GI tubing 15mm bore (medium grade)with all fittings and fixed complete to wall ceiling with all fitting arrangement and ceiling connection with the existing gyser as in repair .(Make ; Jindal /Surya)(Note-Making good the wall surfaces match with the existing position)

M & L for angular stop cock with wall flange 15 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for submain wiring comprising single core ,2 Runs of 10 sqmm nominal cross sectional area,FR multimultistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including appropriate dia. in PVC conduit and its fittings complete surface/concealed including provision of 1X10.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multimultistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade as earth wire complete incl taking down old UNSV sub main all as specified.(Make- Finolex/KEI/Havells for Copper cable and Make- Prestoplast/Plaza for conduit and accessories). ( Note :-1. Extra length of cables/ wire required for connection to MCBs/DB's shall not be measured and the rate quoted by contractor for per unit shall be deemed accordingly 2. For Concealed wiring Cutting chases,chipping and plastering mesured and paid seperately under relevant items).

M & L cutting chases, chipping in, making god to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc ; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed wiring etc, and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
