Transportations of rig along with allied accessories complete including errection and leveling at site, through all kinds of roads, approaches fields of roads, approaches fields etd. In all leads and lifts completed in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in foundation for digging tube well in all kind of soil including dewatering shoring shuttering from ground level up to 5 meter including disposing excavated soil within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Drilling of bore as per specification laid down in IS 2800-1991 (Part-1) with upto date amendments, if any with percusion rig or rotor rig or combination drilling rig starting with 650-600 milimetre dia mild steel pipe reduced to 550 to 500 milimetre dia mild steel pipe conforming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date amendments, if any in all kinds of soils, boulders rock collapsible strata, saturated soils, artesian conditions including the cost of all consumable stores, water fuel, lubricants and other accessories etc. with in all leads and lift completed in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Drilling and lowering of mild steel casing pipes 550-500 conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendemnts if any of suitable size as mentioned above, from 5-30 below ground level within all lead and lifts.
Drilling and lowering of mild steel casing pipes 500-450 conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendemnts if any of suitable size as mentioned above, from 30-60 below ground level within all lead and lifts.
Drilling and lowering of mild steel casing pipes 450-400 conforming to IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendemnts if any of suitable size as mentioned above, from 60-90 below ground level within all lead and lifts.
Collection preservation and display of suitable size sample box with top lid and J locking arrangement till handing over of the tube well to the department complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing mild steel taper/retucer as per lengths approved by the Engineer-in-charge the material of mild steel taper/reducer shall be equivalent to parent pipe material and shall conform to chemical composition as per clause 5.2 and mechanical properties as per clause 6.1 and table-1 of IS 4270-2001 with upto date amendments, if any complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and lowering of IS marked electric resistance welded mild steel pipe 200 milimetre dia nominal size housing 6.40milimetre thick having out side dia metre 219.10 milimetre screwed and socketted conforming to IS-4270-2001 with upto date amendments if any about 4 metre to 7 metre in length welded without any circumferential joints into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricts,poles,clamps embeded in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting, threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and lowering IS marked electric resistance welded mild steel slotted pipe 200 milimetre dia nominal size housing 6.40mlimetre thick having out side dia metre 219.10 milimetrewith screwed & socketted conforming to IS-4270-2001 slot size 1.57x0.75 mm welded with upto date amendments if any about 4 metre to 7 metre in length welded without any circumferential joints into bore hole in vertical position including cost of all scaffolding derricks, poles, clamps embeded in foundation etc. including cost of all cutting, threading and welding of pipes etc. within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing mild steel centralized guides at suitable spacing for each tube well as per IS-225-1991 with upto date amendments, if any within all leads and lift 1x4 numbers complete in all respect of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying lowering and fixing in position IS marked mild steel bail plug of 200 milimetre/300 milimetre diameters with "U" hooks as per IS 2800-1991 with upto date ammenments, if any within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing in position threaded iron cap with locking arrangement of approved design to prevent foreign matter from getting into bore holes as required, within all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying and packing of gravel, consisting of hard quartz or other suitable material within an average specific gravity of not less than 2.5 not containing more than 2% by weight of thin flat of elongated pieces, shall be of sub rounded to rounded grains with minimum angular features, of size 2-3.35 milimetre shall be free from impurities such as safe, shale, Mica, feldspar, clay, sand, dirt loam, baematte and organic material as per IS-4097-1967 with up to date amendments, if any around intake of tube well with minmum thickness of should screen generally 100 milimetre to the entire depth of the bore as per 2800- (Part-1) 1991 with up to date amendments, if any with in all leads and lift completed in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Extraction of all sizes blind casing pipes with machine starting iron, the bottom of the bore hold, with in all leads and lift completed in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Development of tube well by back washing method with air compressor of minimum 750 CFM capacity pumping pipe of 200 milimetre size and air line of minimum 65mm size of with other suitable method, till the well is thoroughly developed as per clausc 4.2 of IS 11189-1985 with up to date amendment, if any, complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Development of tube well by continuous over pumping method with VT pump/submersible pumps of suitable capacity not less than double the discharge established by the comprossor method/design discharge, until the wells is stand free as per IS-11189-1985 upto date amendments if any cineaste respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The draw down in all and discharge to be established by running the VT/submersible pump continuously for 8 hours in the presence of officer not less than the rank of Assistant Engineer.
Testing the vertically of the tube well as per clause 4.3 of IS 2800 (Part-II) 1979 with upto date amendments if any using plumb or plunger 6mm smaller in dia within the inside diameter of the well casing. The results, of the verticality test shall be recorded on proforma shown in appendix "a" of IS 2800(Part-II) 1979 with upto date ammenments, if any as rammed with the tender documents handed over complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling of rig or other allied accessories after completion of job complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Construction of barbed wire enclosure of minimum of size 2.5x2.5 milimetre to safe guard the bore of tube well with angle iron off size 40x40x6 milimetre 1.5 metre in height embedded in concrete block of 30x30x30 centimetre complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Enginee-in-charge.
Handing over of the tube well in concrete safe as per appendix "B" of the Clause-7 of IS-2800 (Part-II) 1979 with upto date amendments if any, as appended with the tender documents in laminated from in triplicate complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C/O RCC Tank :- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/ sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft, walls and beams. And RCC (1:2:4) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI/MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves shall be included in the rates of tanks complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Providing & fixing of cast iron manhole cover conforing to IS 1726 - 1991 with upto date ammendments, minimum two numbers of 500 mm internal dia inclding frame of medium duty. (D) Cast iron ventilating pipe with cowl and mosquito proof cover of sufficient length suitable for over head tank subject to approval of the Engineer- in- Charge . (e) All other required accessories / aplliances such as lightning conductor of approved specification, bell mouth, control valves (for inlet, outlet & scour arrangement ) of cast iron (class PN 1.6 ) water level gaurd (Indicator) etc. which shall be provided (f) suitable RCC sprial stair case 90 cm wide for access upto the top of the tank for overhead tanks & M.S ladder 45 cm wide shall be provided inside the reservior from the top of tank to its boutom.(g) The tank shall be painted with water proofing cement paint outside complete in all respect. (h) There shall be 1.0 mtr wide gallery all around with provision of necessary railing for overhead storage tank.

AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM :- The tenderer/firm shall provide proposal for automation which comprises of (i) 2nos. Perculation well (ii) 5 No. pump house (iii) 5 Nos storage reservior (iv) providing and fixing various actuated valve of relevent class and dia asper chapter no. 4(B) vol-III of technical specification shall be provided in all over storage reserviors at outlets and shall be automated in such a way that these are automatically operated as prifixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at pump house Balhar, electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reserviour outlets and its output in the shape of total cuantum of delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at each tank location , which shall sand message through SCADA station at remote access location at sub division office Rakkar. THis data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This mopdule will have a communication to web data trasfer system modek communication. The PLC station will have contrl station with programmable graphic process, mimics, realtime and historical trending face plate and group display, alam management and report with laser jet printer and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sansers, flow transmitters, lebel transmitter in each tank. Installation of hardwere along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The firm has to submit detailed automation perposal by incorporating all the hardwere involved olling to above mentioned scope in the technical bid. The detailed automation perposal shall be got approved by the firm from CE Dharamshala. Firm has incorporate all the input and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA.
