DUCTING - Supply, installation and erection of a new square duct system with appropriate bends, reductions, and flanged connections, fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet, The duct shall be supported using C-channels and angles as required for structural stability Duct with be painted with one coat synchromate premièring (Aproximately 12 meter length)

Feed Water Tank –2000 LT Supply, installation and erection of a Feed Water tank made from 5 mm thick MS sheet, 450 square man hole with required Nozzles , level glass cock and glass with guard, The tank will be painted with 2 coats system Approximate Tank Size – 1.5Mt L x 1.5Mt W x 1Mt H

The supplier/Manufacturer of the Boiler should have Local after sales support, with spares, within Kerala, Address of local offices with contact details to be given along with Tender. Period of completion of Work: Boiler to be Delivered at site within 45 days of date of execution of agreement. Boiler to be commissioned & Handed over within 45 days of Delivery of the boiler at site. Boiler to be installed in the existing Boiler House KERALA AGRO FRUIT PRODUCTS ,PUNALUR Will Provide the following for supply /Works , for Installation & commissioning of the Boiler at site such as 1) Electrical Cabling up to the control panel of the boiler 2) Boiler feed water chemicals required for regular operation of the Boiler 3) Feed water for regular operation of the boiler ( Approximately 1000 Ltr/Hr ) , as per the water quality mentioned in the tech spec 4) Statutory fee at Actual for obtaining IBR Approval of the Boiler will be paid by KERALA AGRO FRUIT PRODUCTS 5) Boiler operator ( IBR Licensed) will be arranged by KERALA AGRO FRUIT PRODUCTS during commissioning and regular operation of the boiler 6) Free supply of Electricity ( Power ) & water to the contractor for carrying out the installation work
