Removing the existing broken or U/s teak ply cover of head board/foot bord of bed newar/Bed hard (Drg No.FD 213/212/245/246) and supply and fix new ply of 4 mm thick teak veneer face on one side all as shown in drawing and apply two coats of melamine polish finish to all replaced and old existing components and providing 6mm thick teak wood beading around head board/foot board complete to match the original all as specified and directed:

Remove the unserviceable/damaged injection-moulded seat and back from each chair by unscrewing. Supply and fix new seat and back with new tapestry cloth of Godrej make. Complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Removing by unscrewing the existing seat and back from each chair carefully, then removing the damaged/faded tapestry cloth and damaged elastic webbing tape from each chair. The seat and back shall be duly covered with new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate of the cloth shall not be less than ₹350 per metre. The seat and back shall be fully upholstered with new webbing tape, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Painting to all steel portion of chair with two coats of synthetic enamel black gun paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper, making surface neat and smooth. Complete all as directed as per model of the chair.

CHAIR COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/01) :-

Removing by unscrewing the unserviceable damaged Seat & back from each chair carefully .Removing the existing torn out tapsetry cloth, pressed foam cushion,elastic webbing tape from each seat and back.The seat and back shall be fully upholstered by using new 60mm thick 40 density foam sheets and new webbing tape.The seat and back shall duly covered with new tapestry cloth of approved colour and texture ,the rate of cloth shall not be less than 350 per mtr.The fixing of cloth shall be done by using heavy duty gun tacker.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable arm rest of chair and S&F new arm of same shape and size ,made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'Á ' hardness & reinforced with MS insert all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Removing unserviceable castor twin wheels and S&F new castor twin wheel suitable for chair computer all as directed Engr -in -charge.

Removing unserviceable hydraulic cylinder system having forward tilt, self regulating tilt tension and manual override, 4 position tilt lock. Anti shock back mechanism to prevent backrest. 360 swivel mechanism to allow with fluid lateral movement suitable for chair computer all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Removing unserviceable pedestal assembly. S&F new pedestal (Chromium) with 5 wheels assemble with hydraulic cylinder system suitable for chair computer all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge.

Gun Painting to all steel portion of chair computer with two coats of synthetic enamel black with hammertone finish paint after cleaning,dusting and scratching the entire metal surface of chair with sand paper ,making surface neat and smooth.

Almirah steel medium / Almirah large steel/ Almirah half hanging (FD-1032/1034 /FD/MAP/18/TP) :-

M&L for removing unserviceable handle of Almirah steel medium / Almirah large steel/ Almirah half hanging replacing with Brass/ chromium plated handle, 100 mm long, as per Godrej make or equivalent. (FD-1032/1034 /FD/MAP/18/TP) (Note:- The repair work shall be carried out at various units/ Quarters / BSO yard as per the directions of Engr in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of all subsequent expenditure incurred for carrying out repair work at various units)

M&L for two legs of Almirah steel medium / Almirah lagre steel / half hang (FD-1032 / 1034/ FD/MAP/18/TP)), left or right, 70 mm wide and 100 mm high, open ends bent outwards upto 15 mm, MS sheet of 1.6 mm thick, welding the channel to bottom of almirah at 50 mm from the side of almirah including 2 coats of synthetic enamel gun hammertone finish paint, colour as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing the unserviceable locking system from shutters of Almirah steel medium / Almirah lagre steel / half hang (FD-1032 / 1034/ FD/MAP/18/TP);supply and proper fixing with new 6 lever lock with duplicate keys. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.Make of Locks-Godrej/Harrison/Link

Material and labour for painting each Almirah steel medium by peeling out the old paint by applying paint remover solution,filling metal putty to the uneven surfaces and sanding it to make the surface smooth then wipe out the surface and remove the dust with a fine cloth.Two coats of hammer tone finish paint of dual/single colour as directed shall be applied externally and internally to complete almirah.The painting to each article shall only be carried out by spray machine only.

Remove the existing unserviceable/damaged two shutters of the Almirah large steel by detaching the hinges. Supply and fix new shutters made of 1 mm thick MS sheet, matching the existing size and shape. Ensure proper fitting and installation of a locking system. Complete the work as directed and as shown in the drawing

Remove the existing unserviceable/damaged two shutters of the Almirah medium steel by detaching the hinges. Supply and fix new shutters made of 1mm thick MS sheet, matching the existing size and shape. Ensure proper fitting and installation of a locking system. Complete the work as directed and as shown in the drawing

Removing the unserviceable/damaged shelfs carefully of Almirah steel medium / Almirah lagre steel / half hang by removing the rivets and welding spots,supply and fixing new shelf made of 1 mm thick MS sheet of same size and shape. Complete all as directed and shown on drawing.

Remove the 3 unserviceable/damaged side panels from the Almirah steel medium by detaching rivets and cutting welding spots. Supply and fix 3 new sides made of 1 mm thick MS sheet, matching the existing size and shape. Complete the work as directed and as shown in the drawing

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-256 ,259,FD/MAP-II/06)

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken PVC seat and back/cane and recanning with new plastic cane of not lesst than 4mm wide and 0.6mm thick fully both seat and back with virgin quality white complete all as specified and shown on drawing. Canning to be done after painting of chair. make: shah, premier.

Painting the frame of the chairs by two coats of synthetic enamel white of approved quality paint after prepartion of steel surface by sanding with sand emery paper and dusting the surface with clean cloth.The chair frame shall be made smooth by applying metal putty whereever required.

SOFA SET (3+1+1), MAKE:-GODREJ, MODEL:- RIO PLUS

Remove the old, unserviceable, torn or worn-out premium leather rexine, hessian cloth, lining cloth, foam, coir, cotton cloth, and GI springs from the back, seat, and arms of each sofa chair without damaging the adjacent wooden parts. Tighten the entire wooden frame using nails and screws. The sofa set shall be fully reupholstered in the same manner using new materials, including leather rexine costing not less than ₹1400 per metre, new hessian cloth, new lining cloth, new coir, new foam cushions of 50 density and 100 mm thickness, new 12-gauge zig-zag metal springs, new 75 mm wide elastic webbing tape, and new 25 mm thick, 32 density foam sheet. The wooden legs of each sofa chair shall be properly sanded using emery paper of various grits, the pores filled with wood filler to achieve a smooth finish, and then polished with a high-gloss Melamine finish. The leather rexine shall be high quality of sample model (PU Soft-II - 81210) or as per the approved sample by Engr-In-charge.

SOFA SET (2+1+1), MAKE:-TP

Remove the old, unserviceable, torn or worn-out premium tapestry fabric, hessian cloth, lining cloth, foam, coir, cotton cloth, and GI springs from the back, seat, and arms of each sofa chair without damaging the adjacent wooden parts. Tighten the entire wooden frame using nails and screws. The sofa set shall be fully reupholstered in the same manner using new materials, including tapestry fabric costing not less than ₹650 per metre, new hessian cloth, new lining cloth, new coir, new foam cushions of 50 density and 100 mm thickness, new 12-gauge zig-zag metal springs, new 75 mm wide elastic webbing tape, and new 25 mm thick, 32 density foam sheet. The wooden legs of each sofa chair shall be properly sanded using emery paper of various grits, the pores filled with wood filler to achieve a smooth finish, and then polished with a high-gloss Melamine finish. The tapestry cloth shall be a heavy linen-look fabric, plain velvet fabric or as per the approved sample by Engr-In-charge.

Remove the existing unserviceable/damaged telescopic channel and keyboard tray of the table. Supply and fix a new telescopic channel and keyboard tray made from 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board of exterior grade, laminated on both sides in the same shade, with all edges duly covered using matching laminated edge tape. Complete the work as directed

TABLE DINING FOR 6 PERS

Supply and fix a 1500 mm x 900 mm top made from 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board of exterior grade in natural teak color, with all edges duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading, and securely fixed to the dining table. Complete all as specified and directed.

Scratching the entire table, filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with sand emery paper, it shall be Melamine polish two coats with high gloss finish ,after properly cleaned and smoothened the surface.

Removing of old unserviceable head board,supply and fixing new headboard completely made of teak wood battens,teak wood legs,teak wood rails including 4mm thick teak ply on both sides with 12mm dia half cut beading.Complete all as shown on drawing and as specified

Removing of old unserviceable footboard,supply and fixing new footboard completely made of teak wood battens,teak wood legs,teak wood rails including 4mm thick teak ply on both sides with 12mm dia half cut beading. complete all as shown on drawing and as specified

Polishing to bed ply top with Melamine polish of approved grade and brand after cleaning, dusting and scratching the entire wooden suface with sand emery paper of required grade and hand held grinder, filling putty to the bore holes, making the surface smooth by sanding and grinding with standard workmanship all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as specified. The polishing shall be carried out after making the article intact by tightening all parts and carrying out anti termite and anti bug treatment all as specified and as directed

Removing of old unserviceable prelaminated particle board from head board ,Supply and fixing in position with new cut piece at head board of size 638mm x 201mm made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board with 2mm thick PVC beading alround its edges duly fixed with suitable wooden screw.complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of old unserviceable prelaminated particle board from foot board,Supply and fixing in position with new cut piece at foot board of size 638mmx314mm made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board with 2mm thick PVC beading alround its edges duly fixed with suitable wooden screw .complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of old unserviceable ply top,Supply and fixing in position with new top of 12mm thick Plywood BWR grade -AA of size 1974mm x 824mm duly fixed with 12 x Nos of 50mm long 6mm dia flat head nut , bolts and washers. complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Painting the frame of the Bed Ply Top Steel with one coat of black hammer tone paint with spray machine of approved quality after preparation of steel surface by sanding with sand emery paper and dusting the surface with clean cloth. The Bed Ply Top Steel frame shall be made smooth by applying metal putty on etched surface only where required.

Taking out old pressed /torn cushions from each set and Supply of 32 density ,100mm thick PU foam cushion of size 520mmx560mmx100mm duly covered with inner linen cloth and best tapestry cloth not less than Rs 400 per metre of approved color and shade. Each cushion cover shall be provided with best quality polyester zipper stitched on one edge of cushion cover covered under the flap of cloth with standard fitting. Tapestry cloth:- It shall be heavy linen look fabric ,plain velvet fabric or as per approved sample placed in BSO yard, Make of Foam 32 density-Kurlon-goldline plus/Sleepwell-primo/U-foam

M & L 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board, laminated one side with decorative choice lamination on other side to match with existing colour & texture. All the sides except back including drawer of Table bedside to be fixed as per drawing (Drg No FD/MAP/15(R)) including taking out old unserviceable board complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Back ply of size of 6mm BWR plywood duly fixed with adhesive and headless nails as per drg.
