Material & Labour for pumping out sewage water from the existing sumps/tanks of STPs (MBBR technology) with the help of Non clogging of pump any kind capacity of pump set not less than 1500 LPM capacity 10HP/15 HP (Minimum) along with tanking out mud/ solid sludge from the tank complete from soild sepration chamber, aeration chamber and despose whole sludge to faraway areas from public places including cleaning of sump completely. So as to vacate the sumps to enable the repair of the main non clogging pump sets installed in the STPs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location : CGRA Dharampur & CGRA Ianz Note :- (a) Pumping shall be continued till the main pumps installed in STPs sump is cleared for carrying out repair work. (b) Delivery pipe should be connected and the sewage water shall be thrown in the manhole of out side the fencing /wall of STPs towards the main gravity dropping main hole. (c) Pumping of sewage water still be continued till the sumps are fully empty and to keep till the installed non clogging pump are repaired & fully operative. (d) Necessary man power to operate the pump set are deemed to be included in the rate. (e) Rate quoted is deemed to include for Diesel/Engine oil till completion of repair work including testing of sewage pump set. (f) Rate included for transportation of pump set to site/back.

Material & Labour for Carry out water testing of bacterial, chemical and biological analysis of sewage water treated water from NABL accredited Govt approved lab for following parameters and submission of test reports, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down air blower of Air blowers with working pressure 0.3 Kg/cm2 alongwith motor of capacity 5 HP with blower pipe of size 3", from the existing position after disconnecting all electrical connection and transportation to workshop for repair for un-serviceable parts complete and removing the defective parts, repair the air blower throughly including machine work and re-assembling the air blower and commssioning testing complete on full load, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (new spares will be measured and paid separately).

Material & Labour for taking out & servicing of existing unserviceable Air Blower (of any Make) of capacity 5.00 HP pressure 0.3 Kg/cm2 with taking out of electric cable complete and reconnecting the electric and mechanical connection at existing location after carrying out following repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Spare part required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetly under relevent items (ii) Replacement of Oil seal, locking arrangement of pully, gland packing with oil and greasing shall be deemed to be including in the quoted rate of this item.

(b) Washing with clean water after scraping with wire brush in side and removing mud and spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtrs. (c) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder including scraping wire brush on walls/pillars and floor & removing mud and grits & deposits etc properly. (a) Size of the board should be 750 mm length, 600 mm width and 200 mm depth (b) 3 mm thick acrylic sheet of 750 mm length, 600 mm width should be provided for screen with adequate picture/letters on both side. (c) Main frame work will be done by 40x20x2 mm SS 316 angle in cuboid in shape. (d) The side of main frame should be covered with 3 mm thick acrylic sheet white in colour. (e) Foundation of structure should be 600 mm length and 800 mm height in PCC / Block Masonary with plaster finish with sutable ceramic tiles 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match all as specified. (f) 02 Nos High efficiency white colour LED light mount on 4 mm thick PVC sheet will be provided in each box including 15 mtr multi standard Copper conductor cable of 1.5 Sq mm 3 core size and internal wiring complete with HDPE/PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia. Including takingdown old unsv board. Note: 1. Conduit wall saddles & small excavation of cable, deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
